Super friendly staff all around. They took extra precautions to keep everyone safe due to Covid as well! I never even came across another patient while I was there. I only came in contact with the people providing me direct care. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

The office was very careful about making sure of social distancing. They have you call before coming into office. They come get you and bring you in check temperature and you wear facemask. Then go directly to room for appointment. Felt very safe with the way they handled Covid-19 precautions. Would highly recommend Crossroads for all dental needs.

I just want to say that the service that inreceived from this dentist office was incredible! The hygienist that worked with initially by the name of Lacey was so nice and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I unfortunately have been dealing with alot of major medical issues with with my son the last 2 years and because of that i have gotten away from taking care of my teeth as much as i once did and i was already kind of embaressed and ashamed of that and Lacey never once made me feel judged or uncomfortable about it during her exam. I am 100% going to be a client of this Dentist office for as long as it is around! Not only was Lacey amazing but the actual Dentist that i dealt with (which i apologize i cant recall the name of) was also just as friendly and understanding and she made me feel just as comfortable as Lacey did. Thank you so very much to both of them for their great service and i would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone who needs a new dentist! ;-)

Crossroads fit me in quickly for a recent emergency chipped tooth. The staff some of who I knew and some I did not were all excellent. I have been going to Crossroads for a number of years and have always had a positive experience both with the dental outcomes and the people. I would give 6 stars if I could.
