Great first visit. Warm and friendly staff that is professional and also very accommodating. The doctor explained in detail all the various treatment options for my needs but ultimately left the decision up to me. I also liked the explanation of my insurance coverage and my out of pocket cost for each treatment plan. Definitely made me feel like I made the right choice in choosing Capital Dental.

First time at the dentist in quite a few years. They welcomed me and helped explain the process and what to expect. I had heightened anxiety coming back to a dentist and the optional nitrous oxide during my visit was very helpful. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accepting. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The assistant made sure I was comfortable and prepared for the two extractions I was getting.
The dentist also made sure I was comfortably prepared. I didn't feel any pain (which did suprise me.)
I would recommend Capital Dental to anyone, and I would go back to them myself.

Both Dr Chapek and Dr. Killeen have done dental work for me and both are excellent. They really do a good job of making sure to explain things and follow up with you after any procedures that are a little more intense like wisdom teeth extractions. My previous dentist was Dr Fischer of All Smiles dentistry. He retired but Dr. Chapek and Dr. Killeen bought out his practice/took over his patients so I was really hesitant on seeing them. Once you find a good dentist that you trust and have been going to for years it can be nerve racking going to someone new. Especially if you had bad experiences with previous dentists. Thankfully Captial Dental has been a good experience. Only problem I’ve had was just pain issues after local anesthetic wore off. That has nothing to do with their work and chair side manner though and everything to do with how my own body reacts. Either way they were quick to get me back in same day to take care of it when I let them know of the issue post procedure. Thank you Captial Dental!

Love 💜 this place. Definitely will recommend. Love the staff. There so helpful when it comes to dental needs. Even when I had issues with my insurance they helped and got me the dental work i needed. Never been put to sleep Best experience I have ever had at a dentist. What I was even surprised by how they text n check on you when you leave, because i was a little under when i came to i can't even remember leaving. But i made it home with little to no pain. So thank you Capital Dental I definitely will be back for future dental work.
