I was able to be quickly seen by Dr. Chapek for a consultation for the removal of my last 3 wisdom teeth. My first impression of the office was outstanding. The lobby was chic, inviting and impressively decorated. The staff was beyond friendly, handling my eccentric nature with grace and acceptance while quickly helping me and making me feel welcome. I barely had to wait and was called back to meet with Dr. Chapek which was a real joy! It was as if he was my brother’s best friend, genuinely excited to see me after a long time. He was able to quickly and efficiently explain to me the procedure I would go through, putting me at ease, as I was nervous. He even honored my odd request of letting me keep my teeth!
I was able to get in soon after for the removal, despite the procedure not being urgent. All of my preparation was well explained and I was given beautifully illustrated instructions to follow.
I didn’t have to wait long once the day came, was put out quickly and not even half an hour was being wheeled out all excited to my girlfriend. Dr. Chapek was very good with my girlfriend in planning my after care, thankfully, as she was able to take care of me well. I was back to work immediately and back to eating regularly in 5 days. I experienced relatively very low pain and healed remarkably.
Dr. Chapek removed my teeth very cleanly, leaving very small holes to heal compared to the first wisdom tooth I had removed elsewhere. Two of the teeth even came out whole, one of which I was able to turn into a pendant and now is my lucky tooth!
Thank you, Dr. Chapek and Capital Dental! With Medicaid, I don’t always get the best care, but you gave me the best care I could’ve asked for! I would like to see you again, but don’t want to have to have more teeth removed in order to do so.
