I have been to Academy dental since the moment I moved to Albuquerque almost 30 years ago. I have always been treated kindly and professionally. My last experience was with Berta who has been my Dental Hygientist for years.. I truly trust her, feel comfortable with her I know that she cares about me. Mickey Shaw

I love it here! Berta is my hygienist and she is great. She is gentle and doesn't talk down to you if you are doing something wrong. She makes sure you understand how to clean your teeth and makes sure you understand the benefits. All office personnel are so nice!!

Academy Dental has an experienced staff that care about me and my oral health and hygiene. Staff is very friendly but professional in the way that they conduct business. Best dentist I have ever experienced, my periodontal health has improved greatly under their care.

I've been coming to Academy Dental Care for years, and they continue to impress me with their kindness and professionalism. They've always been conscious and caring about my severe dental anxiety and additional health issues that make me a more complex patient. More recently, the team has been very accepting of my coming out as nonbinary transgender, and switched to using my pronouns (they/them) and new name (Beanie), which makes me feel all the more welcome.

I also appreciate the dedication to the extra safety measures put in place during the Covid-19 pandemic. Going to medical appointments has been a big concern for me during all of this, but after seeing the changes to the office firsthand, I am confident that I am safe coming here for my visits.

Dr. Gonzales is one of the best dentist I have seen in 23 years of my dental visits. Her staff is even extremely professional and proficient.

She suggests best treatment and excellent treatment options regardless of business
(money) . I have never seen her or her staff in hurry to get rid of their patients and catch the next one. An excellent definition of a word 'doctor' and 'professionalism' .

The only catch is finance department. I don't know why they are in rush of getting money sometimes even before treatment. Overall, I would recommend them to everyone.

I recently moved to Albuquerque and was super nervous about finding a new dentist after being with mine for the past 20 years. From the moment I stepped into this office I was treated with so much professionalism, respect and just overall kindness that it immediately calmed any nerves I had. Carrie and Anģelica were amazing and kept me laughing the entire time. Carrie explained every single thing being done, exactly what it meant and why, which was a total first for me. Overall I was blown away by my first experience here and walked away feeling like I learned so much and i'm actually excited about going back. I could go on and on about how impressed I am with this practice and only wish I found them sooner.

The care I have received in this office for over 20 years continues to be superb. This includes today with Dr. Gonzales and many years with Dr. Gallagher and their staff. Their office should be used as a business model - so pleasant to be in the company of highly-skilled people who work as a team for the benefit of their patients. I’m grateful.

Wonderful dental practice. Everyone on staff is a pleasure to interact with. Found them when I was new to ABQ, I had a dental emergency on the weekend and reached out to several dental groups. They responded early Monday morning and set me up an emergency appointment. The three other dentists never responded at all. Highest recommendation

The facility is very clean & modern. The staff is great- really professional, welcoming & friendly. I come often for teeth cleaning & Invisalign & always feel taken care of. I am glad I found this place as my dentist here in Albuquerque.
