I appreciate that this office is always flexible with scheduling and works to fit me in around my schedule! I got off work early, called to see if I could be seen early (they said of course! Come on by!) and although my appointment was just for a consult due to some pain I experienced, they went ahead and gave me a cleaning as well as fixed the old filling that was causing the pain. Both Dr. Ngo and the assistants/technicians take their time to have a conversation, explain what they are doing and why, and look out for long term dental health. Thank you!!

Being a first time patient, the front desk ladies were so nice and professional. During my treatment, Dr. Shi was so friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient in treating me. The next visit, Dr. Shi had to get another Doctor's help cause I wasn't numbing up! Dr. Ngo, thank you for coming to our rescue and helping me stay comfortable and pain free! Above all...my visit was awesome. Thank you. See ya on the next visit!!

They are very nice and they do a great job. The only thing I don’t like is it doesn’t matter if u make an appointment u have to wait for every one in the waiting room to go a head of u. U mine as well just show up.

Staff was very friendly and kind. I was nervous but they made me feel comfortable. Everything was clean, and they took extra steps to make sure everything was safe during the weekend pandemic. They also take Medicaid and blue cross blue shield centennial.

The dentists themselves are really good but the technicians that do the cleanings don't do a very good job. Also, I walked out because the refused to do a cleaning without getting another full set of x-rays that had been done 5 months prior. I refused. I don't need to be irradiated every time I get a cleaning!

I liked this Dentist spot called the Family Smiles-Central. The ladies in the front and back of the place were very friendly, nice, and helpful. It was a clean environment for being off of Central. And the main man the Dentist was friendly, nice, fast, and did a good job on one of my tooth. Other then that I say this place is good
