The assistant and the dentist were very friendly with my 3 year old. She was excited to show them how she brushes her teeth and “having them cleaned”. My 3 year raved with excitement about going to the dentist. They did a great job with her.

I have called multiple times attempting to make an appointment & when somebody does pick up they answer with “please hold” & leave me on hold & forget about me. Every time I have called I have been placed on hold. This is ridiculous already

They are friendly and when I needed to get a tooth pulled they watch to my daughter for me in the front and I think that’s what really made me like family smiles but every employee there is very sweet and friendly

Came in here because I couldn't get my son an appointment soon enough at his regular dentist. He had a cavity on one of his back molars that was a cause for concern, I told them over the phone he just needed to have a limited exam of that tooth. After filling out all the of initial paperwork I was presented with an entire care plan, they wanted to do an entire full month set of x-rays, cleaning and full exam, when I remindrd them that he has current X-rays on file at his regular dentist and wouldn't be getting a cleaning that day I was brushed off. Not to mention the office is filthy, my son wouldn't allow them to even look in his mouth he was so anxious, they are not prepared for cases of pediatric dental anxiety, was finally able to schedule with his regular dentist, went very smoothly....

The staff was so nice and friendly! I really freak out when I have to go to the dentist but everyone there really made me feel so comfortable especially for it being my very first visit at that location.The dentist there was super cool and got straight to the point on what I needed done. I will definitely be getting any future dental needs that I have done over there and I 100% would recommend them to any one and everyone who is in need of a really great dentist. Thank you to everyone at Family Smiles who assisted me and made me feel so comfortable! All of you are so awesome and are very much appreciated! 1st of all I went to hv the Dentist look at my broken tooth hoping he wld take the bottom part out. I had been suffering for 3 days already. The "little girl that took my x-rays needs a little more practice! Almost choked!. Hardly got to talk to the Dentist. He handed me a chart of the costs etc. Making me another appointment for nxt wk n never took the broken tooth out. I wanted it out to begin with. Still in pain. My daughter too was disappointed. Sorry..but that's what happened.

Alright so I came here July 28 2022. Morning at 11 as a walk in. The staff was very nice and time efficient. I got called into the back quickly after I turned in my paperwork and waited for my X-rays done then after maybe 5 mins the dentist came in. He had gotten what he needed to done and I think the only downside was he was the only dentist so he was rushing around between patients. But otherwise great and they took my Bluecross blueshield insurance.

Used to be a 5 star rating. I have taken my son here for 8-10 years and now my daughter has gone here for 3 years. I never had a problem with it being in the "hood". The Drs were awesome as well as the staff and that's what mattered. The last 3 times I've gone, the woman doing intake always has an issue with masks. I don't mind wearing them, but if you don't have one for every person she will not let you in, or give you disposable one to use. With two kids, and their father, sometimes I only have 3 masks available. I have to take another adult to help me with my daughter while I'm being seen, because I get seen while my kids do. This woman acts like the masks don't cost $2 a box and as if they're coming out of her pay. I joked about it the first 2x, but it's tiresome and honestly has me looking for another dentist after 8 years. With all the money they get from Medicaid, it's kind of hard to imagine they would make such a fuss over handing out a 10 cent mask when they're about to charge the insurance $200 for the exam. Therefore, 3 stars.
