I am a very picky mother. I had many questions for the dentist before I would let him look at my son. He was very patient with me and answered any concerns I had. The assistant was extremely friendly and patient with my 5 year old. Very professional staff. I am booked for another appt soon.

My girlfriend and I both had appointments on the same day here recently and both shared in one of the worst and most painful experiences in our lives with a dentist visit. Not only was the treatment very rude and inconsiderate from both the dental assistants and dentist but even when we were asking the dentist to stop in pain they would not I will never go back to the dentist office ever again because he's worse dentist item ever seen by car thank you very much for letting me leave this comment please no one go there ever ever ever

Ive been coming here for about 1 and a half years now and it gets worse every time. I called and made an appointment for my 6 month cleaning. When I arrived, they couldnt locate my military insurance. So after talking with my insurance company, I rescheduled my appointment. Once again they still don't know how to get in contact with my insurance. 30 minutes goes by and the lady tells me that she can't find me in the system. I've been waiting for an hour past my appointment time!! They gave me a whole new packet of paper work to fill out. And I'm still waiting. Theres a decent amount of people in the waiting area, I was early for my appointment, and I believe I overheard them saying one doctor is not here. They have been calling walk-ins and people who showed up 30 minutes after me to go ahead and go in before me. I'm really upset with this whole situation and thinking about finding a new dental place.

Forgot to post this 6 months ago... when I was seen here, I say in the waiting room for almost 2 hours past my appointment time. When I was called back sat in the room for almost an hour. After showing them my upper plate, they said they could not be fixed, so left them on the counter, pulled a tooth and wasn't numb. Then when I left they kept both my upper plate and lower partials. Went to the car, and had to go back in, to get them. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about! Told them I wasn't leaving until I received my teeth! Took them 15 plus minutes to find them. I WILL NOT GO BACK, AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

I had a horrible experience today at your clinic. The doctor was rougher than any doctor my whole life, he didn't fill one of the cavity's I came in for. He kept on pinching my skin in his tools and then the tool would slip and hit my other teeth. I am very sore right now and do not plan on ever coming back to Family Smiles. After digging and pulling until I was in tears, he had to call a different doctor in to finish the extraction. He had to give me stitches in two places, I have never had to have stitches before .

First time I have been to this dental office. My experience was more then great! The staff is friendly and professional. My dentist, Dr. Ngo (pronounced 'Know') was quite knowledgeable and periodically checked on my well-being throughout the procedure. He kept me informed on everything he was doing, he also gave me choices, concerning my care, when needed. He is a friendly, kind and intelligent doctor. I have found my lifetime dentist; I will base any future insurance changes on if he carries that particular insurance or not. If you do not have a regular dentist, this is the dentist for you! If you already have a dentist and what a better one? Dr. Ngo (and staff) is the best!
