Dr. Martinez and staff are amazing! I hate the dentist and this team did everything to keep me calm and informed every step of the of my procedure. Two wisdom teeth pulled and entire appointment was under 1 hour. I highly recommend this team if you are in need of dental treatment of any kind.

I was visiting Albuquerque when one of my crowns fell out and I needed to see a dentist very quickly. I called their 24-hour line late at night and was given an appointment the next morning at 8am. The dentist (Dr. Neri- I think) saw me quickly after I arrived, and cemented my crown back in perfectly in just a few minutes. He was really skilled and caring- as well as the staff members I saw- and it was a pleasure to visit here. I really appreciate their responsiveness to my urgent need.

Great service from everyone, starting with reception all the way to the dentists. They always ensure you are comfortable and check in regularly regarding pain sensitivity. I've had a lot of work done this year and never been dissapointed. I highly recommend to anyone who needs dental work and/or check ups.

This dental office must have more patients than they can handle because they can't even be bothered to schedule me or return my phone calls. I have waited for more than 2 and 1/2 weeks for the dentist who co-owns this facility to deign to look at the record of the exam I was given at the Wyoming office so that I can get the work done on my teeth ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN (a really WEIRD arrangement!)
Every time I call them, I am told that she hasn't had the time to look at my records. I was told she would do that over the weekend and call me on Monday. No phone call. I was then told that MAYBE the next weekend she would look at my records and call me on Monday. No phone call. Today is Thursday. No word from them. 2 & 1/2 weeks waiting on them!
The receptionist, a very intelligent, super sweet young woman, several times told me that the dentist/owner was booked up with procedures throughout each week, that each procedure takes a couple hours, and that she doesn't have the time to look at my records until the weekend. Two weekends into this and I'm still waiting.
The exam I initially had from her employee WAS POINTLESS. Now I have to go to yet another dentist for yet ANOTHER exam because this dentist cannot be bothered to follow through, and it is going to give me problems with my insurance.
While the support staff is very nice, professional and efficient...and the office is neat and tidy...it is all WASTED because they don't have enough dentists to do the actual work.
If you have time and money to waste, go ahead and give them a try. Otherwise, go to someone else.

This place is comical at best. The online system does not work for bookings. We called in and made an appointment only to find that the human that took the call also did not WORK! Then they told me a that it was set for completely different date that they said it was scheduled for and due to me not being in town that date is a bold lie to make. Why would I accept an appointment on a date I know that I won't be available for? I will not be returning ever!

I fell and broke a tooth. I was suffering very much. They got me in a right away and was able to extract the broken tooth. Dr. Zimmer is amazing and so is her staff.

This place was great! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the decor was really nice. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient! The dentist took the time to explain things to me, as well. I will definitely go back, and recommend this place to others.
