Thank you for your kindness, and your assistance with my bad tooth and the pain I was experiencing. Also with helping me get around due to my bad leg.

The receptionist and techs were so nice and welcoming! They made us feel comfortable and respected. We felt that our needs were important to them and it was an inviting place. Most clinics now a days are cold and uninviting, its all business and cooperate like. So my husband and I were glad to see this clinic was different, since we're going to be getting all our work done and dental care here as well as my daughter! Thank you Tru Dental @ 1510 Wyoming.

The staff were very polite but Dr. Daniela Zimmer was hands down the worst dentists I’ve ever seen in my life. 0 bedside manner, offered minimal explanation, and I left in just as much pain as I went in with. I wasn’t prescribed anything to help for the pain and when I asked what am I supposed to do about the pain until my next visit she prescribed me and antibiotic and said give it 48 hours. So now I gotta deal with the pain for TWO DAYS before I can see another dentist. Thankfully Tru Care has multiple offices so I don’t have to go back to her.

I chipped a tooth over the weekend, called them Monday afternoon. They were able to schedule me the next day. When I went in they were able to fix my tooth right away. All the ladies were super friendly and polite, I had a great experience. Will definitely be using them again whenever I need dental work. Thank you!

The staff here is great! Getting some replacement work done. They got me in and out quickly and answered all of my concerns and handled everything in a professional manner. I'm not finished yet but so far they've been very professional (IMO). If you’re looking for a good dentistry this is a great place!

Always a great experience! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, fast and efficient service, and the dentist makes sure your comfort is a top priority by clearly communicating with you and making sure you don’t feel any pain regardless of the work your getting done. They work with you to make sure you understand any out of pocket cost and have multiple options to help you get the service you need! Highly recommend!

The doctors there can be okay but the minute you miss an appointment and try to reschedule a new one the main dentist will definitely give you as much greaf as they can. Watch out for short little Germaine lady she may or may not be nice but watch out for her. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. Very rough

Wish I could put zero stars. I had my first new patient appointment November 8, I went in and they couldn't do a deep cleaning apparently not enough time, so they made me an appointment November 10. I had asked to do the whitening trays as well. November 10 I do my cleaning and they forget to do the trays, and since I did my cleaning I had to go the next day November 11. November 11 I go in to get the mold of my teeth for whitening trays and I pay, I ask cash or card, I was told cash. I pay before I get my trays. I was told at the latest it will be done on November 16. I receive no call, so I wait an entire week till November 19. I call, and was told due to Covid, and holiday days that it will be a few weeks. I don't argue, I say maybe it's possible. I stay patient, and I get busy, I go in December 16, over a month they lost my molds, I get an apology, they tell me that if I go I'm the next day December 17 8am they can do my molds and have my refund on the same day. I show up at 8am, the doors are locked, the employees are locked out I'm waiting, for over 30 minutes then I leave. I call later on the day, I am promised a refund no later than Monday December 20, guess what I call today nobody can get me a refund. This place can't keep their word, can't keep an appointment, now I'm here trying to get a refund. I was patient and kind, now I look dumb. I would never recommend this place.

I am very thankful for all the staff at this office. Everyone was very kind. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely amazing place! I’ve always had dental issues and therefore have neglected to go to the dentist for years! I contacted True Care Dental and they were able to get me in as a new patient within the week! They gave me my X-rays and laid out a clear dental plan! They referred me to a surgeon to get 5 teeth removed under anesthesia and was able to fit me in to get a problem cavity fixed that was the fastest and easiest experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!
