Would give a zero if I could, Dr Martinez was kind and so was the female nursing staff, I have extremely bad teeth and gums needed many procedures however their male receptionist kept pushine to get procedures that my insurance wouldn't cover, he told me at the end that I needed to pay 120.00 for a debriding procedure I repeatedly refused because I cannot afford such a procedure, I explained I'm disabled with a disabled child and a very small fixed income, he then informed me that if it was really important that I'd figure out a way to come up with it. When I refused again he the told me that their office wasn't a playground and that I needed to stop playing games and make a decision when I told him to stop asking me the same question I already said no to he then proceeded to tell me they will send a referral through the computer to someone else. He completely humiliated me and had no problems throwing his weight around. This is exactly why I never get dental treatment because of sorry people like this who can't do their jobs. Totally disgusting and despicable. He has no business with this job!!!! Will never go back and will never recommend this location to anyone. In fact I'll make sure to let everyone I know know exactly what really matters to this facility. Money and not the patient!!!! BTW I got a second opinion on this and I got the procedure done at another office and come to find out that 120.00 procedure Emil the receptionist kept telling me I had to pay for and that my insurance absolutely wouldn't cover and I needed to pay cash for, was 100 percent covered by my insurance, fraud all day buddy, make sure if you decide to be seen here you check all insurance coverage yourself and advocate for your treatment or you WILL be taken advantage of!!!

My mom's crown fell off and her regular dental office was closed. TruCare got her in the same day, and took great care of her! She has dementia and the team made her comfortable and relaxed, and worked extra hours to make sure she was all set. I will be switching denstists for sure.

Wow best dental work I've ever had! Dr. Bellam was awesome! She did a thorough cleaning and polish and fixed a chip on my front tooth and made them look brand new. I highly recommend her and this office. They also offer custom whitening trays with a referral so please use my name as a referral!

After not being able to find a dentist in my area for my husband this place gave me an appointment within days when my husband came out he told me he was very pleased with the staff and everyone there was super nice.. The staff is so kind and ensured my comfort and peace of mind every step of the way! My procedure involved sedation, which I was super nervous about, but they helped me stay calm and it was over before I knew it!
