So I went in for a basic check up and a teeth cleaning the lady that cleaned my teeth I don't know her name but she's got really pretty dark black curly hair lots of tattoos she was super nice super patient made it pretty much painless which I was very impressed by also the dentist that looked at my teeth was super sweet and the other tech that was with her was super sweet the front desk lady was also super sweet everyone was super helpful I would definitely recommend

Everyone is friendly , nice clean place and so caring ! I don’t mind going to this dental place cause I know they take good care of me and my needs ! I’m not afraid to come here cause there is no pain with procedures and my teeth look terrific!

I love everybody there from the minute you walk in and you talk to the girl at the front desk until you walk into the back and you have your experience with the hygienist or the actual dentist or any of the assistants they make you feel like your family they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable there, gentle they take their time and they do everything they can to explain to you what they’re doing and they try to fix the problem instead of being like most dentist that have patients that are Medicaid and just want to make a quick buck by pulling all your teeth out they actually care and that is why I definitely recommend them 100%

I would say if your needing a new dentist truecare dental is the place. I had to have couple teeth pulled. Dr Patterson and her staff made feel at ease during my visits. I highly recommend truecare And especially if u have anxiety. They know how take care of people who have anxiety issues.

Came in with excruciating pain and probably an infection. No offer of pain medication, no antibiotics ordered, nothing but a referral to an oral surgeon--IN A MONTH!!!! I could be dead by sepsis by then. Either that or a GI bleed due to constantly eating motrin just to get thru a shift at work. Oh, and even more fun, now my face is so swollen, I can't even open my mouth wide enough to eat. Go, me!

The front desk doesn't answer their phones and are terrible when it comes to them canceling on you same day or mischeduling you, but the dental hygienists are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.

This dental office is really amazing! From the moment I called to make an appointment the woman who answers the phone was so friendly. Then the day of my appointment I met her in person and she is so welcoming and friendly. Then I got called back by the hygienist who was THE absolute best I have EVER had. She was gentle and patient and so friendly. I was a little nervous and as soon as she started working on my teeth she was very gentle and my nerves disappeared. I hate going to the dentist and now that I have found this office I will be going on the regular. The dentist was great too. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I was super nervous it was my very first ever extraction. I let the front dest girl know i was super nervous and when I got called to the back My heart was just about ready to beat out my chest but the surgeon was absolutely amazing!! She definitely did the extraction quick an efficiently. I highly recommend TruCare Dental for anyone who has anxiety.

Not open on Fridays. Website says open til 5, the ONLY dentist open on Fridays and it's a lie. False advertising to get more customers? I'm gonna show you you have more options for days of the week even though they're not really. So upset. Wanted my whole family to come here to make it our main dentist and of course the working parent gets snuffed out of coming since your not open on Fridays but advertise it. 3:30 most people get off work ,even if your not open on the weekend's, 5. 530 is acceptable. Fix your website and customer service since both are horrible. Not my fault you don't know your website has been outdated as much as this establishment.
