Honestly I was a little worried because I did not have a very good experience at a different office but Trucare dental was great! The doctor and staff were actually listening to me. The best part was when one of the ladies up from the front came back to go over everything the doctor said I needed done. I need quite a bit of work done but both the doctor and the money ladies were great. I have a solid plan to get my teeth fixed so I am super excited! They do take Medicaid too which is great!

The staff are superb!!! They care about the patient experience, they are kind, welcoming, and outgoing. For my first experience with this dental office I must say it was like I had been going there for years! I definitely enjoyed my experience and would ten out of ten recommend to others! The time that I was able to get seen was nothing short than amazing because they tried every opportunity to get me seen sooner than my previously scheduled appointments!

I came into TruCare with a lot of problems. Past issues with teeth alongside neglect due to the current situation around the world making dental visits untenable.
Doctor Zimmer, who saw me, was wonderful. She didn't judge me for my past issues, and she tried her best to make sure I left the office with a plan going forward. I know she was doing her best to maintain my health, and I appreciate it so much.
All around, the staff was wonderful. I'm so sorry I've forgotten her name, but the office manager was so incredibly cheerful and welcoming.
Natascha (Sorry if this is the wrong spelling!) was wonderful to be around; I felt like I was actually able to laugh even when everything with my teeth kinda sucked.
And to the person who laboriously got through all my X-rays: Thanks for struggling through all that work with a smile.
I don't think I've ever gone to a dentist where every single person I met was so kind. I really appreciate all of you.

They were so amazing, I went in with severe wisdom tooth pain. They took ex rays and understood how much pain I was in and fit me in to have them removed that same day!! Everyone was so nice and they all went above and beyond to take care of me. The staff was truly caring and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for dental services.

They were completely professional and kind, yet I have an intense fear of dentists. I had to have two teeth extracted and unfortunately the tool that was being used to extract my teeth I believed "slipped" not once but twice. This caused a loud cracking sound that terrified me, and I let out a small scream of terror. I thought my teeth were breaking in some horrific way, yet this was not the case. The pliers simply slipped. Then I had to sit in the dental chair for over an hour which just heightened my paranoia. The Dentist in my opinion had to many clients so she could only give minimal personal attention instead of the personal care that a client such as myself requires. The experience was filled with anxiety, and I medicated when i returned home. It wasn't a torturous experience by any means, and I am going to return for my next two appointments. Does your office sedate client so my experience will be more tolerable?
