Took our toddler shes 3 he and his staff were great with her made her comfortable with Disney and let her play and brush her own teeth when she wanted gave her plenty of stickers to keep her clam.

Doctors and aids are great and very caring. The person that takes the calls to set up appointments never have the correct reason why we’re at the appointment. They always have to correct that part of the visit. I understand it’s another office that answers calls so communication between offices need to be better.

Very basic cleaning. I felt my teeth were just water flossed. It wasn’t even polished which is what I’m used to. I always walk out of a dentist’s office with a toothpaste-y flavor in my mouth.
At least make a patient feel that their mouths are a lot cleaner when they walk out than when they came in. There’s no barrier for the seat which I’m also used to. There should be a seat barrier for every patient that comes in and taken off when they leave for hygiene. Patients would feel safer. I wish there are more options for dental care in Carlsbad.
