This was my first time visiting Familia Dental, the front desk intake did a great job and was very friendly. The dentist and his assistant did a great job making sure I was comfortable and not having any pain extracting a very difficult broken tooth. Overall a great experience, and this is coming from someone who definitely does not like going to the dentist.

The doctor and his assistant were great. The girls in the front need better training. For one they didn’t pull my insurance correctly so I was quoted 39 dollars after insurance. Once I got to the back the girl said she pulled my insurance wrong and it was going to be 400 dollars. So she was supposed to refund me my 40 dollars. No problem. A few days go by, still no refund. So I called back. They said to wait a couple of days so I called back again. Still no answers. And if I did get an answer, none of them would give the same answer as the person I spoke with before. They definitely need to get on the same page about the way they handle their business or what they tell their patients. Annoying.
