I was able to make my first appointment smooth and easy. Second appointment front office staff could not get my insurance (even though nothing had updated) I waited 45 mins for the front to help me resolve this issue. I called my HR rep and front staff was still not able to resolve issue. Would not recommend if you are seeking quality easy dental care. I asked for a card for the office manager to make them aware Incase this situation helps with others. Front desk staff gave me a generic card with the main number. This was not helpful.

The Dentist was amazing, front desk struggled a bit and the Dental Assistant was, let's say distracted, seemed to want to be anywhere but there. She left a huge sore on my tongue from the suction hose.

DO NOT GO HERE. THE DR. COMPLETELY DISREGARDED MY CONCERNS AND MISSED A CAVITY THAT I POINTED OUT!!
Everything was rushed and not well done. I went in for a cleaning and examination. I waited over an hour before seeing the dr. The front desk staff was polite but the technician was very short with me and rushed through my X-rays. When I finally did see the dr he rushed through my cleaning. All he did was use the dremel tool to grind over all of my teeth. It took him a total of about 5-7 minutes to finish. There’s no way he got my teeth completely clean in 5 minutes!! I told him I thought I had a cavity, he looked at it, poked it and said “no, it’s not a cavity.” I left feeling very unsatisfied and frustrated. Im now having to make a new appointment with a new dr. Because that cavity IS A CAVITY! And it’s gotten worse Since this horrible, negligent dr didn’t address the issue that I TOLD HIM about.

Didn't wait long they took me back did what they were supposed do. They were telling what was going on & if I had any questions. Really nice they all had smiles good place to go.
