Didn’t get a full cleaning, “cleaning” was done by the dentist and not a hygienist, giving/rushing recommendations for implants and bridges without knowing my full history which is more complex than most (I also went to get just a cleaning, not to hear what else I should do) which is scary because I can’t simply get bridges and implants due to my gum bone being too thin and other reasons, so to hear him randomly recommend bridges and implants would not only waste money but could be dangerous if I took the offer, the dental assistants were talking a lot of the drama in the office which made the experience feel not personal at all. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to even go to the dentist but it’s not me I’m worried about, but other people who don’t know what a real dentist appointment should be like/expected out of their money and getting manipulated out of what little they could have.

I have honestly tried multiple times from being giving appointments on wrong day and showing up to no appointments. To waiting hours watching people come and go while I sit there. I had my last 7 visits were all bad.

Got a Root Canal done and the Dr. did an AMAZING JOB. I was nervous, got told the procedure was extremely painful, I didn’t feel any pain at all. He was distracting me with conversation with his assistant. I personally felt that really helped to relax me. The overall experience was painless and relaxed. The opposite of what I was expecting.

I used to take my kids to another dentist, but they love this one so much better. The dental assistant was even great with my autistic son. She took the time to show him everything she would be doing before hand to make him feel comfortable. I definitely recommend.
