There was a problem with my insurance and it wasn’t their fault but the way the one receptionist talked to me, was rude. The lady who checked me in was wonderful, but the other receptionist who was off to the side, she wasn’t listening to what I was saying and she upset me by the way she approached me in the situation. Definitely needs to work on her bedside manner.

I began going to Familia 4 years ago before Covid hit. The Dentist at the time was AMAZING. However, over the last 2 years, the quality is consistently slipping to the point that I finally quit them. I had to have a crown placed a year and a half ago and it was never quite right. I scheduled an appt for my husband and I 2 months out, come in for said appt, and end up waiting close to an hour. Im told by the receptionist that this is common for them, as the dentist likes to take long lunch breaks and it backs their day up. I asked if we should reschedule and was told it would be the exact same situation in a month when they could fit us in again so we may as well wait. We finally got up and walked out and haven't been back since. I was just seen at Riverview Dental and the crown I just had placed is SOOOO bad, I had to drop $2k to completely rebuild it and put a post in because he had massacred my tooth. Giving them 2 out of 5 because there's a handful of sweethearts that have continued working there despite the problems, and they're good people. Otherwise, I'd give 0. I will be calling corporate to discuss a refund. Thank you! :)

Horrible experience. Had to move rooms halfway through my appointment AND they ran out of water during a cleaning. I did not feel that the dentist listened to me and wanted to work with me and my dental anxiety. It just seemed like they wanted you in and out and then to put together extensive plans for dental work that doesn’t pertain to the MAIN reason you set the appointment. Will not be back.

Waiting times can be long, but both times I visited were great experiences. The staff is kind, and they're openly apologetic about wait times. I first went for a wisdom tooth extraction and then for a filling. Both were painless and without issue. The dentist and assistant were gentle, accommodating, and professional.

My experience with the dental assistants and front desk was phenomenal! Especially from dental assistant Tammy and front desk Maria!
They say down with me and bro me down my treatment plan and made sure I knew what was going on with my next appointments. They worked with me on my treatment plan and explained what was going to happen and what I should expect from my future dentist. If I had any questions they were ready with an answer and if they did n out know they found out in a matter of seconds! I appreciate them both and wish we had more hard working, caring, and sufficient people like them in today’s society. Thank y’all!
