I came in on an emergency basis on the same day I called. I had a really bad toothache. The dental staff was very friendly and caring. The dentist was very comforting and helped me get relief from the pain. I am looking forward to being a Familia dental patient for a long time.

Dentist is good but, front desk really need training and get everything together my account was messed up , management is rude try to make the customer feel like it’s our fault why the account is not right , front desk also works in the back,they set me up for a appointment and I show up and theres no appointment scheduled in there system because they didn’t save it ,no wonder why they always immediate hiring and posting it on yard sales page …so if your looking for braces run away from here 😊

First experience here was irritating, they don't have a hygienist to clean your teeth and the dentist does it. They were an hour and a half behind, they send assistants in to polish your teeth BEFORE they're cleaned to save face for being late. Dentist is super rough with cleanings and says it's because he's doing a 'deep clean'. This next visit we went and they weren't late, but again polished before cleaning and don't have a hygienist. The assistant polished only the cheek side of his teeth, and not the lingual/tongue side. Made my husbands gums the most swollen I've ever seen and he flosses regularly. Never had that experience when going to a hygienist. On top of that, wouldn't see me because I'm pregnant and on the medical referral they claimed they needed to see me was because they 'needed to use lidocaine and amoxicillin' which is absurd because it was literally a cleaning. I wanted to opt out of x-rays due to the fact that I'm pregnant. I was an assistant for two years and have NEVER seen a practice run this way, even with the medical release they claimed to need which was inconvenient considering I've waited six months to come in. I have always felt weird about this office but after reading other similar reviews I decided I'm switching offices. Hire a hygienist.

They did an excellent job! I had 3 teeth pulled and didn’t feel anything. Dr was really considerate to my needs. Made me feel comfortable and it was very quick Wich Is a plus.

The front lady was really nice and she was the only one who was helpful. I went in with a cracked tooth I waited 2 hours for the dentist to tell me basically he couldn't help me he wanted me to make another appointment so he could go over a plan with me what a joke. So I went to Albuqerque comfort dental and they helped me the same day as my appointment and I'm glad I did I needed a root canal right away.
