Not to excited about this place made an appointment as a new patient for check up and cleaning. Was surprised they called me back to be seen earlier. Well went in@730 am only to be rescheduled for a cleaning at a later date they could not do it then. Office cold and they are mostly interested in coming up with a plan ask for money up front then schedule you for other things . I don’t have a problem paying but they are clear they want money first Feet like just a number

I always hated going to the dentist but this dentist here made me feel good about my experience. She was very smart and enthusiastic and I trusted that she had my best interest in mind. Will only be going here from now on.

The staff in this office is nice. I especially appreciate a tech by the name of Julia Estrada. Her patience and concerns with my adjustments are great. She would not quit until I was happy and comfortable with the adjustment. However, the price that was quoted by the manager was not accurate. Each time I went in there would be a different amount. I paid a lot of money, more then I was told the total price would be.

The Staff at the Clovis, NM office are wonderful. They genuinely care about there patients. They put you at ease and are concerned about you as an individual not just another patient. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. Thank you all for being so kind.

Warning! Pricing on their website is false advertisement. I went to their website to view how much replacement dentures would be. I wanted the top-end and saw that the price was $1641 with 20% off for new patients with no insurance. Great! I then call and visit with a lady to make sure there were no hidden fees. She assured me there weren't and also told me about the promotion placing my fee per plate at $1313 with discount. I'd prefer to do business locally so scheduled my appointment. After my free consult, I'm asked to pay some upfront and instead of being $1641, my fee was $2051. I'm literally getting replacement dentures. No teeth pulling, etc. I mentioned the price on the website and was told they could give me 20% off the $2051 price bringing it to $1641, but that's not what is on their site. I finally requested my entire process to be stopped with a full refund according to their policy or give me the price on the site. Instead of exercising good customer service, they canceled it and now waiting for my refund. It's a scam. And I will never return there.

The service was friendly and professional from making the appointment over the phone to discussing the treatment plan with Ashley.

My daughter made an appointment for 3:00. She was on time. My son accompanied her. They put her in the chair, did an X-ray and deadened her gums. She then continued to sit. My son noticed white people coming in after my daughter was seated. They came in after my daughter and left while my daughter was still in the chair. She sat there for 2 hours and 45 minutes. The dentist finally came in and said, “I know you’ve been waiting.” She then said, I am going to deaden your mouth some more.” My son responded, “ Are you going to do it now or will it be another 15 minutes? Cause my time is money.” The dentist said, “ Excuse me?” She then asked my son to leave. As he was leaving, he told my daughter to get her name because he wanted to talk to the office manager. The dentist and the hygienist huddled up together whispering. They both then went to talk to the office manager. Meanwhile my daughter was still waiting. Finally she went into the hall to see what the holdup was. The dentist then walked to my daughter and un clipped the bid and told her they were not going to wait on her. Mind you, it was closing time anyway. My daughter spent 3 hours waiting to have her tooth pulled. She paid with a debit card and when she asked for her money back, the dentist said it had to go to corporate. In my opinion, the only reason they would have her sitting in a chair while white people were coming and going was because she was Black. Once they were home, the office manager called. She said that my son made the dentist fill “ uncomfortable.” My son asked her “What did I say that made her feel uncomfortable?” Once again, I think the only excuse for them to treated my daughter this way was because she is Black. Otherwise, why wouldn’t they pull her tooth after my son had left? 3 hours she waited only for them to not pull her tooth? Shame on them.

I was just humiliated. I waited for three hours for a single extraction. I was not a walk-in. I made an appointment and explained what I needed. I waited and waited, and my husband was annoyed because people were coming and going, and we were still there. They moved me to a different room and numbed my gums with topicals and shots. Then they left me there to wait again. My husband flagged someone down to ask how much longer. They apologized and said they would get the dentist soon. Finally, she arrived. So he told the dentist that his time was money and that we had been waiting too long. This statement annoyed her. She asked him if he was serious and asked him to leave. On his way out, he told me to get her name because he wasn't done with her as he would be making a formal complaint with the office manager. He left. The dentist and the assistant whispered behind me. Mind you; I am prepped. I am numbed. I have already paid. All she had to do was pull the tooth. Instead, she and the assistant both fled out of the room with urgency after they whispered to each other. I waited five minutes. Then I looked for them. They were talking to the office manager in the hallway. I explained that they left without saying anything, and I wanted to know what was going on. The dentist smiled and took off my Bib and safety goggles, and told me she would not be doing the extraction right there in the hallway in front of God and everybody. I was confused and embarrassed. He was gone. It was just me. She then lied to the office manager and said he threatened her when he said he wasn't done. He clearly said he would be going to the office manager. That part was omitted. Furthermore, what did that have to do with ME? I was the patient. I was in pain. She didn't care. Her pride got in the way. INSTEAD of admitting that three hours is excessive to wait, she instead chose to punish me over his observation. He left the building as she requested. There was no need to deny me. She left me to suffer another day and told me to go somewhere else. I am waiting for my refund, but corporate is closed. She said she would at least write a script for antibiotics, but the pharmacy was already closed. So now I will suffer AGAIN another day because either she has a huge ego and/or she had an issue with my race. Nothing else makes any sense.

A lot of five star fake reviews by people who have suspiciously only reviewed this place. My interaction with the dentist did not go the best. She was condescending and treated me like I was dirty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
