Made and appointment. Was very clear I wanted 2 teeth pulled. The two teeth are cracked. Showed up early, and was very clear I wanted 2 teeth pulled. Took WAY too many xrays. Talked with a hygienist instead of the dentist. Saw the dentist after being there over an hour. He started in the room 5-10 minutes and then sent me back up front to schedule an appointment to have my teeth pulled. No infection in the teeth I wanted pulled. No need for antibiotics. None of that. So I wasted a morning to get my teeth pulled which I wasn't looking forward to, to sit in the office, sit in the patient room, and be bs'd around into making another appointment. I've never been so disappointed in a dentist's office before, I've had teeth pulled and been back home in less time than I spent in this office today.

Everyone is super nice and very helpful. Came in as a new patient and they took care of me right away and made sure I got the fastest care as I was in a lot of pain. They are a fantastic place they make it affordable for you to get dental care

I wish I could tell you everyone’s name at the Clovis NM Aspen Dental, but I’m horrible with names. Dr Tolbert and Desiree were AMAZING!! I had 20+teeth extracted immediate dentures put in. I could not be more happier. I have a beautiful smile now pain was minimal. Highly recommend!!!!

Really impressed with the staff… from front to the Dr. They were all very helpful, completely explained everything… and fixed my chipped tooth promptly.

Overall, the people were kind and courteous and very helpful. They, Jennifer and Jessica, let me know ahead of time that Dr.Hoopes would be awhile because of a procedure he was doing but I also waited an about an hour and a half to see him for about a total of 5 minutes. I would hope at some point they get another dentist in there to help lighten the load if he's the only one working there that can see the patients because, I also know there was an older gentleman in the room across from me that waited longer or about as long as I did.
On the brightside they had a TV to watch as I waited but, free WiFi would also be nice if they're able.
I would give them 5 stars if it didn't take an hour and a half to be told 5 minutes of information but things could be different if I go in again.

I recently took my 93 year old Mom in the Aspen in Clovis, NM for denture repair. They were so kind and friendly and took care of her needs quickly. They went above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you, to the entire staff!!

Im going to be blunt...i REALLY dislike going to dr/dentists to begin with ....here is just MY opinion ...Very polite receptionists....dental hygenist took 15 mins after i was put in a room..remind you i HONOSTLY am not a patient person but she was very nice explaining procedure and she attempted well to put at ease that i was getting a bit concerned after diagnosis ...found it odd that ppl came into my room looking for supplies for other patients in other rooms ..Dentist took 20 mins to see me...very nice though..again wasnt thrilled he wanted me to do a more expensive deep cleaning first vs a seriously small filling first but he WAS kind that i wanted to reschedule the procedures ( a blessing that it WAS my daughters Birthday!)but the dentist DID offer my daughter a donut for her birthday and the employees sang Happy Birthday to her!!( it just happened to be one of the employee's birthdays too hence donuts! ) Which SHE loved !!.lady for billing was nice BUT but tried to be sympathetic unfortunately i was already irritated at costs at this point that finances WERE an issue for me and am pretty sure she was a little annoyed i wanted to take items off my bill AND im pretty sure that she was not thrilled i blatently said i would just call back to reschedule the procedures when finances AND time were more convenient ...prices for ANY dentist is INSANE!!!...im STILL going to end up paying about $500 AFTER insurance!!!..they offered pay as i go ..but that only means more appts which i really try to avoid and honostly cant stand and YES they DO charge for those electric toothbrushes which honostly are almost the same price as if youd buy them in a store!! was NOT happy they "recommended" a medicated toothpaste which ive NEVER heard of !! And of coarse SERIOUSLY overpriced IMO ..over all. ..as a new patient though i was like 45 mins early for my appt which i told them id be more willing to wait till my appt ...they still were able to bring me back there BUT i STILL ended up being there 45 mins AFTER my scheduled appt putting a total time of almoat 2 hours!!!..

Everyone was very nice and professional. They explained everything in detail and offered many options for me. They were also very efficient with the procedures due to the virus. I will definitely use them in the future

I'm usually a nervous wreck going in for a check up but Aspen Dental made me feel comfortable! They all were super sweet & very helpful! Thank you all for making me feel comfortable!
