I normally don't like dentist, in fact it has been over 15 years sense I have seen one. I came in with a bad tooth ache. The staff was great, they explained every step and answered all my questions. They gave me all my options. I had 2 teeth pulled and the next morning there was no pain. A job well done.

It was not a good experience the staff are rude judgemental. The dentist was a very professional. I went in for a cleaning I am current with my dental checkups. I went to Dental due to the hours opened late. You go in for one thing and come out saying you have $8000/$9000 worth of work needing done. They wouldn't clean my teeth until all the work was done.

Excellent dental care. Everything is explained, staff is friendly. Best dental care I have received in over 50 years. Shout outs got to Angela, Kresta, Jennifer and Dr Hoopes.
Changing my posting. Went in cause of a broken tooth. Visiting dentist said I just needed a filling. Made appointment for next day and prepaid my cost for the filling. Next day the regular dentist said I needed a crown costing me $1600 and would not do the filling. I asked for my prepaid and was told I would get it in 3-7 days by mail. Now it has been 14 days and still waiting.

Need new receptionist. Gave me attitude because my brother that goes there hasn’t got his new aligners in 2-3 weeks after they said they would transfer to where we live now. And never did and never called us with an update. Very frustrating.

I waited in the waiting room for close to 1 hour on both occasions. One was a morning appointment and the other was afternoon, so it does not matter what time of day... you will wait. Once back in the treatment room things are great. The staff are helpful and very accommodating.
