Call in due to having pain. And appointment was made, for that morning. They even were able to contact my insurance company with the card. Which another practice could not call insurance without the card. GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE IN OFFICE FROM CHECK IN TO CHECKING OUT.

My experience was the best. The staff was friendly and concerned. My dentist, Jennifer Talbots was very knowledgeable and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I left feeling she would do everything she could to help me with my problem. I highly recommend Aspen Dental and Jennifer Talbots to anyone.

O my!!! What can I say? My experience yesterday was phenomenal (◕ᴗ◕✿) I was given such precious care, attention and concern. I broke a tooth and made an appointment to get it taken care of. After all of the medical stuff was taken care of, then the X-rays, the dentist came in and did her exam, explained what needed to be done and could I come back to get it fixed. The hygienist explained (with visuals) what was going on also. Such amazing care!!! I felt like I was treated like royalty. I'm so extremely thankful for the generosity of compassion I received at the Clovis Aspen Dental office. I normally don't respond this way but they were wonderful especially during this pandemic situation.

Everyone that I saw at the time of my visit was extremely caring and patient. The hygienist took time with no judgement to explain everything she saw going on. The women doing the xrays was thorough, patient and fast. The dental assistant and Dr Hooper himself were incredible. I was in from out of town with a dental emergency and they made sure to not only check everything out but squeezed me in to have both extractions done that same morning in a very timely manner. I cannot say enough great things about the entire staff at the office. I was so at ease that I wish I lived close enough to use this as my primary dentist office.

What a great bunch of people! Very informative, equipment is new, answered all questions I had and was extremely helpful with payment options. First visit is free and includes x-rays and exam from the doctor. I have to say for a dental visit I was extremely satisfied.

Staff is fantastic friendly and caring they do a good job to make you feel comfortable in a uncomfortable situation. The best dentist I been to in town nice and gentle. They truly are amazing people that work there.

While they were willing to admit me relatively quickly, the whole staff ignored me when I stated I was under a tremendous amount of pain from a tooth abscess & that I was only immediately there for an antibiotic to treat it for the time being. Given that only dentists can prescribe antibiotics for teeth related issues, I had to see one.
After much poking and prodding of the infected area, ignoring my statements and having more than three different people examine the entirety of my mouth, the lead dentist outright denied being willing to work on the tooth that has caused the infection.
While the lead dentist did not give a reason other than "I won't perform the surgery", and he did have the right to deny such a service, he only gave options and no referrals for dentists over two hours away.
Poor service, I do not recommend Aspen dental as a good dentistry to anyone.

My treatment was great the girls there were very warm and welcoming! My only problem was I lost my pendant off my necklace there. I know I lost it there cause my jacket got caught on my necklace, I didn't realize when it got loose is because my necklace broke. It was very special to me, I called up there but of course no one had seen it. It was a carrat diamond with little gold wings above it. Priceless to me, so I'm very upset with the whole deal. Not being their fault, just the fact of losing my pendant.

Absolutely everyone here was wonderful. I had horrible tooth pain, called one evening and received an appointment for first thing the next morning. They were very clear on their procedures and seemed genuinely concerned with my needs. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.
