As I walked n I was greeted by the receptionist n would be helped shortly! When I was called back everyone that took care of me was friendly, explained all they was going to do n very helpful. Was not left n the dark on what to expect? I liked they kept asking if I had any questions for them? I even liked the fact they were also helpful on pmt options which was great!! In all I would recommend Aspen Dental to my family n friends!!

Very great service very friendly staff and helpful they go over benefits of insurance and the price breakdowns also they show you your X-rays and 3d imaging of your teeth which I like they have good state of the art equipment

I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. The surgeon was so nice and did such a good job. I was so nervous and the nurse that was working and the doctor made me feel so comfortable.

Staff was really nice and caring during my visit. I asked a few questions while there with no complaints and I appreciate when dental or medical professionals can do that. Pricing was fair in my opinion and I've been to different dental offices from east coast to west coast where prices were definitely more expensive. Keep the good work up!

Very upset. The gave me this treatment plan and now have a credit card bill over $3800!! I have not had ANY of these services done. NONE of them done but they charged my credit card anyway. All they want is to sell services. I will be looking for another dentist. My advice...RUN

They ask for huge deposits on future services, charge for services never rendered, and apparently don’t submit insurance claims so they can charge you extra after the fact.

Excellent and professional in every way. Very clean office. Each employee there made me feel comfortable and taken care of during each phase of my check-up visit. I felt well informed and had each of my questions answered. Unfortunately I had to move out of state before I could have my work done at this location!

Went in on a Friday and the receptionist who was wasn’t so polite and half asleep scheduled my appointment for the following Monday morning @8am, went in on Monday morning and a different receptionist tells me that I wasn’t scheduled until 2 months later.... this is the last time I am going to attempt to give this place my business because this is not the first time they have screwed me over. Get your people straight Aspen dental or get new people.
