Hands down the best!! I’ve had issues with my teeth since I was 15 and have always been terrified to go to the dentist for even the most simple thing! Not only was I less nervous, the dentist was caring and compassionate and wanted to make sure I left comfortable! All the staff was great and you could tell they actual cared!!

The staff is very friendly and nice! They get the job done fast! What I didn't like was the upselling which caused me to flee. They are very well trained sales people! I would highly recommend reading their policies online before making an appointment. I did have a refund coming which I did receive.

I went in for an extraction after having trouble finding an open dentist office because of COVID. My tooth was painful and my face was swollen. When I scheduled the appointment, I made this known. I was put through a LOT of unnecessary x-rays and time wasting before finally having to say “get on with extracting the tooth, or I will go elsewhere”. I was not made aware that this (well over an hour) was their normal procedure when I made the appointment.
Finally, the dentist agreed to forgo the rest of the “comprehensive exam” and extract the tooth. The dentist was excellent, making sure I was not in pain and telling me what was going on. The assistant was caring.
Would I go back? Not for an emergency.

They offer a free consultation for first time patients including x-rays, and consultation from a hygienist. I saw the dentist about my wisdom teeth and they were able to take care of them on the spot. The whole staff was very personal and made the experience as enjoyable as a visit to the dentist could be.

SO I went to Aspen Dental two weeks ago with a really bad toothache. That first visit was great. everyone was so nice. I have a debilitating fear of the dentist. Irrational I know, but thats what t is. SO after the dentist did her evaluation I went to discuss cost. The two financial women went over everything that was to be done and they gave me a price that i needed to pay for the first 3 appointments. So I did, I paid $145.85 in total. DO this morning is my third appointment for a deep cleaning. (SO far they have only done and extraction, temp filling and 1/2 deep cleaning. SO I get there and I was told by the lovely receptionist that I owe $139.89 for this visit. Needless to say those that know me, I got furious. But I calmly asked why? what the charges were for and that i had paid already. she went to talk to her office manager. she came back and informed me that they DID NOT charge me for the temp filling, nor did they charge for this appointment. After taking many calming breaths, I said who do I complain/speak to about this serious overlook. SHe then proceeded to tell me I could leave and her office manager would be avail for me to call in a few hours. SO I left, crying angry. Back at square one! I had to drive 86 miles to get to Aspen my appointment was changed and we weree almost in the town when the office attempted to change it back due to an emergency patient. We are not from that town .so I refused to change my already changed appt. The office understood and once we got there early they took me right in they had no luck yet getting my X-rays from another Aspen office but went forward anyway. I just love my Dentist very cheerful great bedside. The front desk discovered for me that my insurance covered something else I needed and we did three procedures one to be completed at a later date. Covid is the problem and reason for much trouble with appointments. Aspen is doing their level best to give 100% I appreciate their efforts .

Would leave less than 1 star if possible. Not your the visit. Second dentist in Clovis just trying to sell treatment. Personnel are not very polite. Do NOT recommend.
