Worst place ever. Went in for a regular routine cleaning and had to wait over an hour and 20 min to be seen. Doctor came in and she was very rough with my teeth, and dismissed my concerns. Had water soaking my shirt and after very roughly drilling my teeth told me take my advise on flossing and walked out. No one came to take off the bib that was on me or told me I was done. Just walked out. Would not recommend!

Staff is friendly….This was our first time visiting. I waited for about an hour after my appointment time in the waiting room. Was finally called back. X-rays were quick but I waited for about 30 minutes after that for someone to come back. Took them about 30 more minutes to show up and clean my teeth. My appointment was at 4:00. I am now just leaving, it is 6:00. Wait time was my only complaint.

Right off the bat the dental assistant( I think her name was Amber, not to sure :/) was very friendly. My main concern with my teeth was addressed and actually taken care of right away!! The doctor was super friendly and professional. They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed like my previous dentist had done. Familia Dental is almost 3 hrs away from where I live, and trust me when I say there’s not a shortage of dentists in between, but the trip is way more than worth it!!

Not speaking for all locations but the one in Las Cruces on El paseo the doctor there was horrible. I went there one day to get fillings came out worse than than how I went in the doctor was not helpful and rude felt like she was rushing through her work. Gave her one more chance for a cleaning didn't even do the full cleaning she cut corners. Recommend looking into better options before yourself or taking your children to this facility

After being on and off hospice and losing so many teeth I was embarrassed to come in. The ladies made me feel so comfortable and the dentist reassured me she’d make me eat again and be able to smile again. I love that my ten year old comes here and she to can receive the same amazing treatment. Also, love the fact that just because we receive Medicaid we are not treated as just another number which is the case for most state aid places.

Most painful dental cleaning I've ever had! Lol it was super quick but I think the doc could have been more gentle.... the staff gets 5 stars. All protection for covid was 5 stars. No complaints on that. Just wish the doc wouldn't rush through it. My cleanings at other places were not as painful especially in Mexico.

I went in for a first time visit, cleaning and examination.
I was especially impressed with the service I recieved from the front desk and the exceptional service from the dental technicians.
I was very nervous and self conscious about my teeth because it had been a while and they were friendly and kind.
The dentist was also very personable and had a great bedside manner.
They explained everything they were doing and sent me with a little bag of provisions.
I would definitely recommend Familia Dental.

Personally I’ve always found it very difficult to get tooth work done. Today I had a tooth extracted and it honestly gave me a new and more pleasant experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They helped me with all the anxiety I had. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much for helping me
