Familia Dental

Had my first visit with them last week and I was Very pleased! LOVE that they take appointments in the evening and on weekends so I was able to fit it in on a Saturday! I was called in right away and all of the staff was great. Really happy with my cleaning and services provided!

I'm visiting from California and a crown happened to pop off. I called Familia Dental and spoke to Araceli. She was very polite and professional. She told me that they could see me today. Everyone in the front office was friendly, polite and very professional. They made me feel very comfortable. The assistant Monica, made me feel at ease and comfortable. She was very nice. I dreaded that they would not be able to recement my crown. Dr. Sanati assured me that she would be able to help me. I was so relieved! She was very professional and explained everything to me step by step. I am so appreciative! I highly recommend Familia Dental and Dr. Sanati!

I loved how the staff is so friendly an attentive! My kids and I have been going to this dentist for about a year or so and the doctors and nurses are great and very polite an allow us to let them know what's going on or if we are in any pain to please let them know. It was a comfortable environment an my children love always visiting their dentist (Tuesday 26th.)

Update: still loving this dentist very attentive and in these covid days they have gotten more attentive which is good also still kind and friendly even during the tough times, my kids also love going to there dentist, always comfortable!🥰 (wed 10th may 2020)

Update: just recently went for my oldest doctor they still are kind and gentle as ever always asking if the patient is comfortable. During the pandemic they have taken the necessary precautions in order to keep patients safe and healthy. They have answered all the questions I've had and my children an I have yet to complain about how they have handled themselves during cleanings and examinations usually children are afraid because they are either to rough or a bit rude but the staff and dentist we have had all been very gentle and ask us to let them know if we feel any pain. We have enjoyed this dentist so much we have made it our family dentist. 🤘

I met Dr. Lee before knowing about Familia Dental. But having recently moved from Florida, I considered their location because she was so friendly. She had given me a few promotional items. When I called the number to make my appointment, they were having issues with their scheduling system, the woman assisting me returned my call 4 times, we were unable to schedule an appointment at that time but she definitely tried. About 4 weeks later, I met one of their employees (Mel) who was dropping off flyers at my employment. I mentioned to him the issue I had with scheduling and because of this reason, I had planned on going elsewhere. This place has very positive comments through word of mouth, but everyone I spoke to complained about the same thing. Scheduling. Because you have to call a central number, you don’t get to speak to a local operator. Mel had applications with him so I filled one out and that following Saturday, my family and I were getting our teeth cleaning. Dr. Lee attended to the boys. She was very sweet yet professional and quite knowledgeable. She showed my teenager how to brush better. She brought in a mirror and taught him what all he had and was needing to help improve his teeths health. She was very patient with my toddler and made that visit quick, which I appreciated because my toddler is very energetic. My cleaning was performed by a male dentist (I don’t remember his name, but he was also good, my teeth looked and felt great after we were done. All of the techs are very friendly and answered my questions. I liked that at the end of every cleaning, we got our appointment cards with the next scheduled cleaning, along with a goody bag. This saved on time and I appreciated not having to stop with a fussy toddler to make our next appointments . I gave Familia Dental 5 starts because my overall experience was a very positive one. They can improve their scheduling system by simply directing the call to the clinic instead of a call center. Oh. They also have a play center for the children, similar to an outdoor park and a video game system. It made waiting to be called a breeze, since again, I didn’t have to chase a toddler. If you’re hesitant, try them out, I believe you’ll be happy you did.

My first time here, was nervous had to switch dentists because of my Ensurance. My kids first time getting a cleaning and it went awesome staff was patient and attentive. Asked me if any pain and made me feel comfortable, my kids loved the play area and it was helpful for me while I got my work done too, so happy to have found this place

Great experience got in quickly and fixed my issue great service

I called on a Thursday and they set up my first appointment right away on a Saturday. I did some paperwork and waited about 15 min before they saw me. I had a cleaning and a filling done right away as well. All of the employees are very nice and efficient. The building is nice too and they have a tv in each room. They accept most insurance, even medicaid. Overall a great place. They have low prices for people who are uninsured as well.

2 Stars for the staff being friendly. The Dentist on the other hand I really dislike her. And after today I'm over this place and need to find my son and I a better Dentist. Someone who will answer questions that I ask and not tell me something off topic. Idk maybe the Dentist doesn't know English that well is my assumption.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Felt super comfortable the whole appointment and went very smooth and in half the time of my normal dentist. I will definitely be keeping them as my primary dental office in the future.

I went to my 2nd year x-ray and cleaning today. Though I saw a different dentist then I did last year I still received the same quality service. They take the time to explain how best to care for our oral health and to make sure all of our concerns are handled while we are in the office.
