Girls up front and dental assistants were nice. Service was prompt and my son's issue was taken care of same day. I felt Dr. Lee was somewhat rude but she did take care of my son's issue. Overall an ok experience.

While the doctors are nice and the office is clean we had an extremely bad experience with the receptionists. After waiting a few months to get my appointment I called in May to find out why it was taking so long and I found out Familia Dental had accidentally sent the forms twice to my insurance company which caused them to deny coverage. I cleared things up with my insurance and they told me that I was free to book an appointment. But then after waiting several more months the receptionist asked me if I had seen another doctor because my insurance was denying coverage again. I have never gone to another doctor, and the insurance company again assured me that the procedure would be covered. Then after that they promised me on tape that they would have the doctor sign the form that day and I confirmed three times that I would have the form by the end of the day. When I came in person the next day they changed their story once again saying that the doctor had already left on the day they promised they would get a signature. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 7 MONTHS to get my husband an appointment for a necessary procedure and I've gotten nothing but mistakes and lies. When I confronted them about all of these things they played the victim and accused me of yelling. I was upset but I never lost my temper and this was just an excuse for them to escape blame. They have made too many mistakes and lied to me too many times and I will never go Familia Dental again.
P.s Train your receptionists properly please!

I wouldn’t Recommend this place at all. The dentists are so irresponsable. The dentist that took care of me, she was all over the place, checked on me and said I had nothing just oral hygiene. I went with my front gums all swelling, red, burning and hurting even bleeding and all she said was “you have a little infection but just go home and mouthwash” I been with this swelling for a week now. Also, she had the nerve to make me an appointment to get extractions without even examining my back teeth or anything. No before care instructions were given. I canceled my app and decided not to risk it. It seemed like they don’t know what they are doing.

Dr. Lee is awesome. She always takes her time to explain everything and she’s super thorough. The only critique I have is for the receptionist. The last two times I have been there they were chatting quite a bit amongst each other while I was waiting to pay my bill. Besides that, I highly recommend it.

This was my first time in the Las Cruces Clinic and I had a very pleasant experience! I would highly recommend them, especially if you do not have dental insurance. They are friendly and very professional. There was NO wait time in the waiting room. Scheduling was quick and easy. I RECEIVED GOOD QUALITY CARE! The dentist took time to talk with me and answer questions. For someone like me who dreads going to the dentist, this is a good place, and I wont be dreading my next 6 month cleaning!
