I always have amazing experiences here. Everyone is ALWAYS so polite and so amazing. So sweet. The lady at the counter who helped us was extremely amazing along with everyone else at the counter. Extremely nice. Everyone at the front greeted us. The doctor and the nurses were amazing and so sweet and patient with my son. I didn’t feel judged when I told him I do let my son have an occasional soda and things like that even tho he has 2 cavities. He was very well mannered, especially when telling us to cut back on sugars and carbs. He even said to us “I’m not the parent, this is just what I recommend until he sees the specialist about his cavities” and honestly it’s the best we’ve ever been treated by any doctor every time we come here ❤️

Doc and his assistant were awesome. His assistant really made my kid feel more comfortable about the whole scary dentist visit. Everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend made u feel like your not just another patient but you matter. They got us in and out quickly and with a smile. Thank you guys for doing such good job.

Amazing Pleasant atmosphere I first time at Family Dental we where nervous but everyone was so nice even the ortho was Awesome... I made an appointment Monday. My kids and I was so thankful Family Dental could get us in so fast we've missed appointments, I called an they got my kids in.. Family Dental The Best thank you....

My first visit was great, I was a walk-in and over the phone got told there was no guarantee I’d be seen but I only sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes until they were able to get me back. They urgently got me on the right course to fix a dental emergency plus the whole staff was really nice!

Dr. Nguyen was very gentle w procedure & suggested getting dental partial that would help me with chewing & prevent teeth shifting in the future.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor…Unfortunately, I waited an hour before I was seen. Quickest cleaning ever…not sure what to say about that. Never got an appointment reminder. I give it 2 stars assuming that most of the staff are doing their best work. Overall quality of service, not there.

Waited an hour past my appointment to be seen. Spent 30 min in a dental chair before someone finally came by to clean my teeth. All the staff are miserable and talk about quitting. It’s too big of a chain to be helpful and I can never reach the office staff.

Appointment was very unorganized staff was talking inappropriately near patients. I specifically asked for a certain type of service as our last visit was the same unprofessionalism and they failed to Accommodate my three children. We will be looking into a new dentistry.

Was seen today for the first time by Dr. Mohammed as soon as you walk in recipontist kindness and saying hello to patients having a welcome enviorment calm me down from anxiety fear of dentist due to past trama Dr. Mohammed is a very nice caring men saved my teeth. Explained to me that I needed deep cleaning cavity filling refer me to another dentist for a root canal

I can say i had fun the assistant was nice and made sure we took care of all That was needed that day , thanks to the dentist for all his work I wish I could’ve kept my w teeth tho.
