I had dental work done which was good. I was sold a discount plan that included 2 cleaning for no additional cost. When I went in for my cleaning that stated that in needed a deep cleaning on my gums and that it was going to cost over $1000.00. I went to another dentist and had my teeth clean with out the very expensive cleaning. As it turns out I just needed a cleaning that cost $350.00. What a savings....

Gave one star because zero stars not allowed. After excellent treatment in Las Vegas, NM, I decided to try the Santa Fe office. I was told my appointment was at 11:30 so I got there early to fill out paperwork. Evidently, paperwork completed in Las Vegas is not in the Santa Fe system. After completing my paperwork I waited until 12:10. I was told my appointment was not actually at 11:30, but noon. They then proceeded to take patients back who came in after me. I finally left at 12:20. I have to pre-medicate because of artificial joints and I waited so long that they couldn't work on me. Extremely bad office staff and bad service.

My husband went to Divine Dental with pain complaint. The staff did not address the teeth in pain instead my husband left with a cavity feeling on a tooth that was never in pain. Now my husbands tooth that received a feeling is in pain. He is having to go to an honest dentist to fix whatever Divine Dental did incorrectly.
