WOW! This place is phenomenal! The staff and everyone here is just amazing. I felt very comfortable and relaxed coming here for a teeth cleaning. I am usually very uncomfortable with dentists, but this office made me change my opinion on dentistry offices. I was especially pleased with the hygienist Rosie! She is just awesome. Very friendly, and an amazing personality. My teeth felt amazing after her cleaning! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in an amazing dental experience! Special shoutout to Rosie! You guys are just wonderful!!!

Just left from my cleaning and this Dentist office is by far the best I have ever been to. The entire staff is very friendly and they know what they are doing. Everyone should be going to this place to see what I'm talking about. I have been a long time customer and had an implant done about 8 years ago and has held up strong and looks great..... Thanks Divine Dental!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place! They are quick, efficient and super friendly. The most important part of my visit is having an appointment and actually walking in and being taken back to the exam room immediately upon my arrival. I typically schedule my appointments during my lunch hour so being able to get in and out in less than an hour is important to me and Divine Dental never let's me dowm. For my last appointment, I had a meeting that ran over and I text them and asked if I could arrive 30 minutes later, they actually responded and accommodated my request! The customer experience can't get any better than that!

Wonderful first experience at Divine Dental! Dr. Arens was very professional and thorough in explaining everything that I would need to have done. He also pointed out areas that they would monitor that may become issues in the future. Overall, great first visit and excited to be established here for future care.

Always enjoy my visits here, staff is always very friendly! Would totally recommend to friends and family! Both Melanie the hygienist and Gertrude the assistant were awesome and made me feel as comfortable as possible knowing my anxiety levels were up this morning. Always a great front office staff as well!

Superior patient service on this visit from start to finish. Everything explained on a level that I can understand. Professional and down to earth. Don't give up on your teeth, come here for excellent, anxiety free care. On Monday my tooth broke off while eating a donut on the way to work. They got me in right away and got my situation, and anxiety, under control. I was in a dental chair by 8:30. Everybody there is a team player. By this morning, I was whole again, able to eat donuts and cookies. If there were 7 stars here I might consider rating this as a 7 star.

Update: August 2019: I came in to get my teeth maintained by the dental hygiene staff today. They still have the same high level of service. I always get a thorough explanation for any of my teeth needs. No hassles here ever. Check them out you will be very happy if you do.

I was very impressed with the equipment that the facility has and the knowledge Doctor Valdez and his staff have in using them for my crown. I was glad that Georgette was able to assist the doctor in taking care of my teeth. I am hoping she can be there for all my visits along with April for my teeth cleaning.

I actually had a very bad experience at a new chain dentist's office that opened up in Santa Fe. The first time I came into Divine Dental I was immediately greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. There were massage chairs in the lobby and wireless internet access available to patients. I immediately noticed the water fixture hanging on the wall. This was a foreshadowing of the wonderful experience I would have here. Their patient savings plan is very much a help to those who may need it as it allows a patient to make payments towards the necessary or aesthetic procedures designed for them. As I was seated I was handed a patient menu which offered little luxuries for my visit such as a neck pillow and Netflix. The dental assistant proceeded to inform me that Dr. Valdez holds his patient relationships in high regard then proceeded to ask me about what qualities were most important to me as the patient, I mentioned trust. This was very important to me as my previous dentist's office had violated my trust. Dr. Valdez took his time and displayed exemplary knowledge and extensive experience.

I was their customer for 2 years, until recently; the front desk staff made it pure business. The one star is just for the service that I have received from Melanie, if not for her I would have not given that. I got my cleaning done as usual on a Monday, they said I had cavities and needed new crowns and filings. Since I trusted them so much, I went ahead and got an appointment later the same week. The same evening (Monday), I called and told the front desk associate I cannot take the appointment as planned, as I had to be in a meeting at the scheduled time. I told the front desk associate to get me an estimate for all the treatment and call me with a later appointment date; I think they got busy after, so I decided to call back the following day. I was told I will have to pay the treatment fee up front and they would give a discount (which was weird. Why quote me more and then later give me a discount?) Of certain percentage. I agreed and said sure, lets book the appointment, she then told me to book an appointment I will have to pay some money to confirm the appointment, I was told they did not have a patient for the time I was confirm earlier because I called in to cancel. How can that be a reason to tell your customer for two years to pay a fee to confirm an appointment? Not only it upset me, it drove me to go find a new dentist. After visiting a specialist as suggested by my new dentist, I did not need all the things that Divine has suggested. Please correct your office staff to not penalize your customers, especially when they call and cancel the appointment (for later day) the same day. When we come to see a dentist, its because we trust you and your reviews. The reviews which took me to your office did not work in terms of the services.

Cannot rate them any higher! Great service great team! I’m scared of dentists and I’ve had nothing but great experiences so far!
