Divine Dental of Santa Fe

BEST choice I made switching my dentist to Divine Dental of Santa Fe. Its been about 6 months now and everytime I go in I'm always greeted by name, all the Dr.Valdez staff are very friendly, caring & professional. Ashley (front desk) and Melanie (hygienist) are both amazing!!! They care not only about your dental health but you as an individual. Plus they have massage chairs in their lobby!

On more than one occasion I have had to call his emergency number outside of regular office hours, and each time he has returned my call in minutes. He truly cares for his patients. I had a gr8 experience while my sis had her dental work done. The massage chair was Awesome, Antoinette was Very Nice. Offered coffee, water, and very friendly. While I waited I took a nice comfy nap on the massage chair. That is an awesome idea to have in waiting room. Thx Devine Dental

This was my third appointment here at divine dental and it has been a good experience so far. From the lady’s in the front to the doc himself. Kim Tapia has really been helpful and has made my visit to the dentist a good experience cuz everyone hates goin to the dentist hahaha. Kim has played a major roll in gettin my teeth fixed as well as hookin me up wit my sweet crowns thank you.

Dr. Valdez, Christina, Annette and Melissa over at Divine Dental have been so good to me over the last year. I have major Dental Phobia and have experienced panic attacks during previous appointments. Thankfully their bedside manner is so gentle and they are always willing to work with me and be patient. I usually listen to music thru my headphones during procedures and they don't mind that at all. I haven't been comfortable going to a dentist in almost 5 years but I have finally started to take care of my teeth again thanks to Dr. Valdez and the whole crew over there. I would recommend them to a friend, as they always take care of me.

Divine dental is the BEST and most accommodating dental provider in Santa Fe. The schedulers Norma and Ashlee do an incredible job getting same-day appointments or getting you in within days. No long wait times, no scheduling headaches, if you are in and have a issue (cavity etc.) they handle it right then and there.

Dr.Valdez and his team are polite, patient oriented professionals. They are transparent with their dental procedures and answer/elaborate on any patient questions.

I'm extremely disappointed in Divine Dental! My 15 year old daughter had severe tooth pain causing her to have a fever and get sick. The 1st thing we did because of the fever was get her tested for covid 19 and she tested negative, the minute I got the results for her test I called Divine dental our family dentist for an emergency visit. They told us that we could not be scheduled for over 10 days! I explained that it was an emergency and we needed to come in right away they still refused us! I absolutely could not believe they would not see her even for just 15 minutes it's completely despicable and embarrassing that they would tell us to wait 10 days while helping other people with non emergency dental work! I called Milagro dental and explained the situation and they told us to come in as soon as we could. As soon as we got there they x-rayed her and told us she had an impacted wisdom tooth and sent us to a place that helped us immediately it only took them 20 minutes to get her in and take the X-ray and send us to an emergency wisdom tooth doctor. I would never recommend anyone to use Divine dental they just don't care about their customers and if I worked there I would be embarrassed after reading this review!

Doctor and staff were amazing!!! They took me the day of a dental emergency and made me feel right at home. Dr. Valdez is a talented man

Needing to find a new dentist I did my research and decided on Divine Dental. I was not disappointed. On my initial visit Angelica did a superb job of cleaning my teeth . A week later Kim and Dr Valdez removed an old crown and install the new one in less than 2 hours. Dr Valdez and his staff are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone needing dental work.

Omg this is the best dentist I’ve been to! I felt no pain or discomfort when getting numbed! The staff are so friendly and professional! Dr. Valdez is amazing and I got to watch Netflix!!!! Very pleased with his work and care for his patients!!!!! Can’t wait to start my process of straightening my teeth!
