Second cleaning in a row where I had to wait +20 mins after the cleaning was over for the Dentist to come in. Last time they had to move me to another room while I waited, this time, I said forget it and left... what a joke... Goodby Aspen Dental, you just lost my business and my family of 6.

$2000 TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS for a cleaning when they say first one's free. Feels like a scam. I have dental insurance but they don't take it even though it was who my insurance company recommend. I am calling scam on this for real.

Dangerous and predatory billing practices. They sent me to collections for a fictitious bill they they still can not identify. Will be contacting New York State attorney general's office for a complaint. Stay away!
