Receptionist, Mary Jean, was very helpful and welcoming. She even dug into her purse to get my 89-year-old mother a special pen for her to use with her phone. Kudos to her! Dr. Stein was exceptional on his friendliness and demeanor. Thank you so much

Dr. Oh is very professional. I needed to have a tooth extraction, and he was extremely skilled with the local anesthetic, and very quickly did the deed with a minimum of pain.
My regular dentist, who does not do oral surgery, thought there was some question about the adjacent tooth, because of the spreading infection under that tooth, as well, and said that it needed to be evaluated. Dr. Oh was going to remove that tooth, stating that the referral was to have both teeth removed. But the referral was to have them both evaluated, and not necessarily removing both of them. He did not tell me that, and was going to go ahead and remove both of them, saying that this was what needed to be done, according to the referral. That really bothered me. Then he told me that I could have it looked at by an endodontist to see if there was any way to save the second tooth. He should have told me that right up front, rather than telling me he was removing both teeth. If I didn’t question him, I am sure he would have gone ahead and done that, because that is what he said he was doing. I wouldn’t want to have a second tooth removed unnecessarily, and he did not initially present the Endodontist evaluation as an option until I pointed out to him that the recommendation did not say to remove both teeth. So I would see him again, but with great caution, because his treatment may be over aggressive.

Good luck getting an appointment after you start treatment. They don’t answer the phone and if they do you will be put on indefinite hold. Then the games they play with insurance are ridiculous. They are very good at wasting your time. Go else ware.

Too short staffed and unorganized to give quality care to the number of patients they treat. I hadn’t been to the office in many years and set up an appointment for feb 16th. A couple weeks before I got confirmation messages for feb 6th so I assumed they scheduled it for that day instead. I took off work for that day but when I arrived my dad was also there because they mixed up our phone numbers on file and it was actually his appointment. When I showed up for my appointment on the 16th they did x rays and told me I would have to schedule a cleaning for next January. I was never told that it was just an appointment for x rays and I assumed since I hadn’t been in so long it would be a cleaning. This office consistently fails at scheduling properly.

So my 6 month cleaning WAS October 2022, they bumped me to the next available which is supposed to be this Tuesday (February 2023)... now I get a phone call that they yet again have to cancel.... till the next available December 2023...that my friend is UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Never have a had such a nightmare experience getting appointments and keeping appointments. My first ever visit was first appointment time in the morning as to not miss too much work, I had to wait for over two hours before they would even see me for a cleaning. Then Covid happened and my appointments were canceled for a year. Understandable. When they opened back up for cleanings I booked right away. Within a week or so of my appointment they canceled it on me. Said the earliest they could reschedule me was 6 months out (still in 2021). Finally get my cleaning. Earliest they can schedule my 6 month cleaning for is 10 months out. Fine. Scheduled it at least I can get the appointment right? Get a call 2-weeks before that they need to cancel it. Would have loved to know this is standard practice months ago. So that I could have found a new dentist and got on their schedule sooner. Now I’m stuck waiting over a year between or more by the time I find a new dentist. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I understand every industry is short staffed, but I’m sure not every patient is getting their appointments constantly canceled. Or if they are they should probably stop overbooking so they can better attend to their patients and account for their consistent understaffing.

I have had a lot of great experiences at this dentist office. But the absolute best experience I have ever had here, was with Christina Sanford! She is the BEST hygienist I have ever been too! Her level of detail was like no other. She's meticulously thorough, she was super kind, and she cut ZERO corners! I have never had anywhere near as extensive of an a cleaning as hers! All hats off to her and I wish her the best and look forward to my next cleaning! Ask for Christina! :-) Cheers!
I also think she should get a raise, that's really how good she was!

I have been to many dentists in my life and this is by far the worst ever. My consultation appointment was rescheduled twice the day before and the procedure appointment was rescheduled three times. My dentist referred me for one thing and Dr. Baluster stated that I didn’t need that, but I should get the laser disinfecting. She was REALLY trying to sell me this. I agreed. Now several months later, I still need the procedure I originally went in for and now have to pay another periodontist for a consultation plus the procedure. I spoke with the Office Manager, Leslie on 10/06/22 regarding this. She was so rude and said she would talk to Dr. Balaster the next day and get back to me. Never did. I’ve left three messages since then for Leslie (with the receptionist Jill) and she never returned my calls, it is now 10/26. I also sent Dr. Balaster an email with no response. This office’s staff as well as Dr. Balaster are so unprofessional. Dr. Balaster is just trying to sell this laser procedure so you have to return back to the office every three months and pay more (scam). I was also never made aware that I’d be a lifelong periodontal patient after this procedure, which I didn’t even need. Go elsewhere!

Dr. Eric Oh was an amazing oral surgeon. I was very nervous getting my wisdom tooth pulled because of it being so close to the nerve, but surgery went very well with no complications. I would definitely recommend.
