Worst office staff made me bring someone to a meeting before after stating that the surgery was going to be done.3 months later half the surgery is complete.After a family member had passed out and was in the hospital for weeks after getting injured I called the morning of at 4 am after I had gotten the call.I reschedule and Dr.Eric Oh red flagged and said he wouldn’t finish and now because of his way he wanted to do it I now have 3 broken teeth.

Dr. Kim is amazing and has been in the process for months of getting my smile back on point! Love this place!!!

Have been going to this dentist group for 3 years and can't say enough about how great they are! Dr Chung is one of the best dentists I have had, I have had 3 root canals and they were all painless and holding strong so far. The staff is friendly, courteous, and empathetic. Very pleased with them!

Horribly run office. I have had more communication issues with this office than I can list. As far as dental work goes I only had a cleaning, which was fine. Office staff is friendly but seem to be spread too thin which leads to many errors. In December I was advised that they were no longer accepting my insurance as of the end of January. The office manger Ashley was able to sqeeze me in for an appointment on Jan. 26th. I was extremely grateful as I'd been waiting for an appointment for months. I called the day before to confirm details and was advise they actually stopped accepting my insurance on the 22nd. No courtesy call to advise me of the same. This was after months of cancelled appointments, unreturned phone calls, and changing doctors within the office for insurance issues. So appointments that I should have been getting work done I instead had to re-establish as a new patient with said doctor. Biggest waste if time. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

Re owner's response.. thank you for acting as if you tried to rectify the situation. Your office did not try to reach out to me. I have not received a call, email, or voicemail. When I attempted to speak with the office manager I was told she was short staffed, running around and did not have the time to talk to me. I did not miss information. I was given the wrong information. Then told sorry there is nothing we can do it is out of our hands.

My RDH, Karen, was excellent. She did a superb job with my cleaning and spent time discussing options I may consider at a later date. Unfortunately, my husband and I were informed that the dental plan we have will no longer be excepted after the end of the month. I would love to continue my treatment here but we pay a lot of money for our dental plan so I refuse to pay out of pocket.

This review is long overdue because I was hoping for a refund for expensive work done on my tooth (root canal and cap). They offered to look at it but I would never go back to this outfit again. They once had competent dentists, but in recent years they have transient dentists, some of whom are horrific. One wouldn't even answer a simple question. 3 others did terrible jobs on simple tasks like filling cavities. I couldn't floss between the 2 teeth she filled. The worst was a nightmare of a job on a root canal where that dentist pushed the pin too far down in my mouth resulting in pain. The cap was discolored (blackish!) and not set well. My GOOD dentist was appalled by the lousy job done. Food gets under the cap and can result in infection if I'm not careful. No refund was ever offered, so BEWARE of this outfit.

Very clean, professional atmosphere.
Every staff member was cheerful and informative. Dr. Oh was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had and gave his honest, professional opinion. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and have nothing but lovely things to say about this practice!

The dentist office is always staffed with very competent dentists and dental hygienists. The support staff is also very efficient.

Such friendly staff....especially Dr Chung...made me laugh before procedure which is very comforting for someone who is extremely scared of dentists from past experiences!

I have been going here for many years but this was my first visit with Dr Oh and his wonderful assistant. The front desk staff are so sweet. I was a wreck having to have a broken tooth removed, and not just pulled. Their patience helped and small talk to keep my mind busy. Dr. Oh kept me informed step by step as his assistant nurse who was helping him also found a way to hold my hand and comfort me as I was just trembling in the chair. No one likes the dentist but having a team as consoling as they were makes all the difference.
