After numerous bad experiences at other dentist offices, my family and I were so lucky to finally find the Dentists' Office of the Hudson Valley. We have had nothing but great service all year now from everyone! The front desk receptionist and staff have been more than accommodating with scheduling of appointments, insurance approvals, and will answer any questions we may have while being very courteous. All the doctors, nurses, hygienists, etc are all very thorough and friendly and will also answer any questions you may have. The facility itself is also very clean! So a HUGE thank you to all the staff at the Dentists' Of the Hudson Valley from the Berry Family.

My three kids saw Dr. Brian today and they had a wonderful experience. He worked patiently with all of them, especially my two year old. The hygienists and office staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

As a new patient a few weeks ago, I needed urgent treatment. The office was extremely accommodating and got me in right away and put together a proper treatment plan to fix numerous issues with my teeth. Everyone from the front office staff to the nurses to the doctor are awesome. As someone who had a dental phobia, I have very little if any fear going to the dentist now and will be sure to return for all preventative care. Without fear. Hands down the best dental practice in our area.

They completely messed up my insurance on my first visit (which I had to cancel in person because they told me I wasn't covered for it). I had been "assigned" to a dentist who didn't take my insurance -- could have easily been fixed if they had any idea of which dentists took what insurance ... I double checked with my insurance provider (who said I was covered). When I called back, the receptionist told me that she actually knew she was wrong because my provider called her, but failed to contact me.
Meanwhile, the "emergency" appointment I scheduled with them was complete bs -- I had solved the problem on my own with advice from my actual dentist. The dentist who saw me just painfully yanked at my teeth for a few seconds and then said she didn't see any problems.
Never going back here again.
EDIT: I was not contacted by the office, despite what management says below.

This is probably the most disorganized, unprofessional medical facility I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. All I wanted to do was schedule a cleaning and it took at least two (maybe three, though I can't remember now) visits - which I had to pay for - to get it. The first visit, I went in and they needed to take x-rays but the x-ray machine was down. They knew the machine was down before I came, but rather than call me to let me know, they had me leave work early to come in. The dentist was literally in the room for 30 seconds, didn't apologize for the equipment being down (or say hello for that matter), tapped a couple teeth and left. Was I billed for a visit? Yes! I came back and got x-rays and a cleaning. I was sent bills for all these visits and when my wife came in, she paid the outstanding bill ($12.48). We began to receive an outstanding balance from them and my wife sent a copy of the credit card receipt showing that she'd paid her balance and mine and explained the situation. They sent another bill. My wife called - they said "it's taken care of." It apparently was not. We've now had three address in the past 14 months or so and this same $12 bill comes in the mail every month. I would pay it just so they'd stop killing all those trees, but its the principle...I mean I saw my dentist in NYC twice a year for five years (2012-2017) and he had no receptionist, no computer, just a rolodex system (not kidding), and he did cleanings, extractions, etc and never had ONE ISSUE with the bill. We even saw each other on a flight one time and we had a nice conversation. Believe me, good customer service can be achieved! Just ask Dr. Rubenstein. Advice to Dentists of the Hudson: stop chasing the buck and try giving a damn.

I was afraid of the dentist and I avoided going for over 20 years and in that time my teeth became rotted and looked very bad I never smiled people always thought I was mad or I was just a mean person but I I was really just ashamed of my teeth so it brought my self-esteem down, I was getting married I want to the smile for my wedding photos and I was on a deadline not only did they get all the work done in time but I was smiling they got my self-esteem back up I'm not afraid to smile or have conversations with people anymore I would recommend this place to anybody. Everyone was so kind and understanding from the ladies who work at reception to the people who work in the back of the house you guys are truly an amazing group of people keep up the great work . Thank you for everything I appreciate it

I have been going to the office for years. I don’t know why I keep going back! The hygienists are nice and do a good job, but I have a different dentist every time. I couldn’t even tell you what my dentist looks like, I have had so many. It seems to be a revolving door for new dentists to practice. And “practice” they do. I can’t believe the reviews. I have had fillings fall out within 6 months. Can you please put Novocain in my trigeminal nerve so my face is numb for 2 days! A botched root canal! And they just straight up refuse to bill my secondary insurance so that I can’t get an implant where they botched the root canal. I have had a hole in my mouth for 2 years. WTF! There isn’t room to write all the things they have messed up! I have never been afraid of the dentist and now I need Xanax for a cleaning because who knows what will happen?!

We had an 11am appointment. So far, we've been waiting for about 30 minutes now and no one has even cared to come up to us and explain to us why we are waiting so long for the doctor to show up. Only one staff member besides the front desk person has spoken to us. The service quality is way under par. Multiple people have walked into this room to do various things and didn't even care to say hello to my fiance, who is the patient sitting in the chair. It feels like we are being discriminated for not having insurance, instead of being helped by the people we have some to seek. What happened to wanting to actually help people and then coming to a financial agreement afterwards? I'm sorry we just look like dollar signs to you.

These people were absolutely horrible to my mother--everyone from the secretary at the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist himself. She had a very badly infected tooth and they told her she needed oral surgery. To make a very long story short, they cancelled her surgery because of an error they made and were going to make her wait even longer with a bad infection. She decided to go to another dentist and they pulled the tooth without the extensive surgery. This office told her that was not an option. She also found out about several other options that were not given to her at this office because they just want to do the most expensive procedure possible. This whole office is abhorrent.
