Dr. Ciccone and his staff have taken care of my dental health my entire life! I trust him and his team and know that I am getting the best care possible. They educate and teach me something new at every visit without lecturing me or making me feel like I am doing anything wrong. The office is also always evolving to keep up with the latest technology and techniques to ensure a painless and pleasant visit regardless of the procedure! I enjoy visiting the office and feel welcomed by the staff each time I go. Thank you for all you do!

First time back since Dr. Bob retired and wow what a change. Every service is alla carte even with the best dental insurance excellus offers. I couldn't understand a word the dentist who cleaned my teeth said, she sprayed water all over me and kinked the suction tube so I was choking on my own spit. Extremely disappointed with all the changes and have been going there since I was a young kid.

I had the best experience today at Penfield Dental Care! I am one of those people who is terrified of going to the dentist but was treated with extreme kindness and understanding today. I cannot put into words how thankful I am for how I was treated today by everyone at the practice, especially Linda! I am forever greatful for their compassion and would recommend to anyone!

Will not return. My wife was charged over $3k for a single tooth partial. Now when she smiles instead of a missing tooth or space...there is a bright silver piece of hardware. Ridiculous that a dentist would do this. No it wasn’t her idea or intention to have this hideous outcome. You get a one star rating, bad word of mouth and two very disappointed and victimized patients.

Ok.... so I have a great fear of dental work and I would totally recommend if you are the same this is the place for you... Staff is so friendly & comforting. Today I had an appt. due to issues with a wisdom tooth. I thought Dr. Ciccone would look at the situation and schedule an appointment for what ever dental work was needed. Instead, much to my surprise he stated we would do the work today! O wow! Does he know me well or what? If I had to make another appointment to come back for the work, I would have build up anxiety until the day arrived... This was so perfect for me and anxiety was so low as all happened so quick... When I stated I didn't have my music to help me through, the Doc set me up with that as well.... This man has a great staff that seem to understand fear and he has a remarkable personality.... I would recommend this office to anyone!! Thank you Dr. Ciccone & Megan!!! JoAnne :)

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. Office staff gave me incorrect billing information before procedure. I questioned if it was true because it didn't seem right. Staff reassured me that there are surprises all the time & things are covered. I believed them. Got a surprise bill in the mail weeks later. Went in with no pain & now have constant pain in the tooth they worked on. Went in a second time to have the tooth looked at because I had pain. I can't chew food on one side of my mouth now. Already called and complained to your office. You did nothing.

Positive dental experiences have NEVER been in my past until now at 51 years old!!
I still cannot believe the time, concern and understanding showed to me to not only get me in the office but to complete a serious experience. From the receptionists greetings & reassurance to Dr. Ciccone care, 47 years of experience that made & molded my tooth as well as his phone calls post appointment to demonstrate concern have made this my FIRST POSITIVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I would NOT recommend this dental facility to anybody! They are crooks and liars that are focused on profit above long lasting clientele and quality customer service. My wife went in for a procedure months ago to have a cracked crown removed and shortly after developed a very painful dry socket. This may or may not have been a result of the dental care but the service afterward was appalling. She was denied service when we called the next day during normal business hours and was told “I’m sorry we don’t have a chair open for you”. It would have been about a 30 minuet procedure to repack and relieve the pain. Any decent practice that cares about there patient would have figured out a way. When she did go back the next day we were told that everything would be covered with our insurance. Now after the fact they have been sending my wife and I bills for this procedure after I called and refused to pay. Even if it wasn’t covered like they had told us, the practice should have waived it if they were interested in retaining customers and future business. They have just lost 2 customers!
