Each and every time I go to Dr. Ciccone's office, I have had a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a friendly smile. The staff is kind and courteous and always make me feel at ease during my dental appointments. I always feel like I am getting the very best dental care and feel completely at home. During my dental visits, I am always informed about my care plan and feel that Dr. Ciccone and the staff take their time to explain things to me. I love my smile and owe it all to Dr. Ciccone and his amazing staff!

I thought I had a cavity and called for an appointment. Patty gave me an appointment for the next day. Then Amy and Dr Cicone took great care of me. I ended up needing a cap and they gave me a temporary one right then and there. I am so grateful that they repaired it right away and I am out of pain. They explained what was going on and answered all my questions. The technology they used to make an impression for the new cap was amazing. Thank you!

My last visit seemed a little impersonal. On the previous visit, the hygienist apparently scheduled me.for a filling at my next appointment. When I expressed surprise and not having time, they rushed me through this procedure, then I had to do kids events with a face full of Novacaine. They did not bother telling us our insurance was out of network before performing work and x-rays so we were surprised with a $500 bill. They seem like they are into pushing procedures mire than taking care of a patient. I liked the original dentist at this practice, but he seems to be retiring and leaving it to the impersonal rushed dentist. I will be looking elsewhere.

Dr āCā and all (I mean everyone on both floors) are awesome! Compassionate, empathetic, interested, thoughtful, patient, cooperative, understanding, and liberal with praise.....the list goes on! They magically help myself and my daughter through our significantly HIGH ANXIETY!! God Bless you all !!

I just met Dr. Jay and his assistant today. I had a cracked tooth and they were able to get me right in. They were both very helpful and comforting. It made for a ššš dentist appointment!

I had been going to that dental office for over 20 years. Seems things have changed there, and IMHO, not for the better. Be aware that Dr Ciccone has apparently retired. My recent visit (Jan 2021) made me feel like I was at the "wrong dentist." Dr.Carmen talked in terms of a temporary crown and multiple visits, which immediately made me wonder why they are apparently no longer doing same day crowns as they had done before for me when Dr Ciccone was there. Despite my futile efforts to develop some verbal rapport with the new-to-me hygienist and dentist, I left feeling like I had "just been processed" at a free clinic of some kind.

It was my first time there and I loved it as much as you can love a trip to the dentist. I haven't learned everyone's names yet but the 2 women in reception were really friendly and funny. They took their time explaining the ins and outs of insurance to me. The woman who cleaned my teeth was great as well and explained everything as she went. Dr. Ciccone came in and was a very kind and funny guy. I wish I had found them sooner! Overall just a very stress-free, relaxed environment with down to earth people. I'd recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys...

I have been going to Dr. Ciccone and his team for over a year now. I was hesitant in choosing a dentist, as I was new to the Rochester area. A friend recommended me to Dr. Ciccone's practice and I am forever grateful! Each time I have gone, I have sat in the waiting room for less than five minutes and I'm called in. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and quick to answer any questions! I was interested in whitening my teeth and Dr. Ciccone took the time to explain various options. The hygienists then sat with me to show me how to use the whitening trays and even called me to follow up on how the treatments were working! I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Ciccone to my friends and family!
