They are the only ones that have truly helped me the way I needed. The staff here are the friendliness and most personable people I’ve ever met. They have offered me the help that no one else could and thanks to them I have the opportunity to renew my life. They have helped me make the change I need to be a better version of the person I see myself as. I am forever grateful to them for all the have done and continue to do.

I was told about this office by a friend. I’m glad that I listened and made the call everyone in the office is really friendly. The dentist was awesome very friendly and service was phenomenal. I surely will recommend there service to friends and family looking for a new dentist.

The team at Penfield Dental Care is outstanding! They are incredibly efficient and cater to their patients. On top of that, Dr Ciccone and the whole staff knows you as soon as you walk in and makes you feel relaxed and welcome. Definitely the place to have your dental work done.

This is the most comfortable and pleasant dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the equipment used is of the highest grade. Last but not least, the price is beyond fair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dr. Ciccone and ALL the staff are absolutely wonderful!!! I have EXTREME dental anxiety, they always get me through it and over the years I have become much more comfortable seeking dental care. If you need a great dentist make an appointment ASAP.

Do not judge a book by its cover has a whole new meaning after having been to this office. This office is willing to scam a disabled person that is just out of a painful procedure. To add to that, just so that it makes a clear image, I like detail. When my husband called, they said they had no chair free, I had to wait to be squeezed in maybe in a day or two. Hence the spinal procedure, car ride, dentist. He spent less than a quarter of an hour putting clove soaked cotton in the socket and that is that. Oh, and details details, he seemed annoyed I couldn't sit properly in the dental chair, I was putting him out greatly. As we walked out that day, my husband again asked if we owed anything, they say no, you owe nothing. Then bill you. When you call many times to dispute the bill it is a while new game. They conveniently forget conversations, pertinent information and treat you like you are family until you disagree with them. Finally, they stop returning messages on the machine and do not answer EVER. It's as if they know its me. Well caller id is an amazing invention, I say they ignore you when you call if you are dilligently disputing something that is not valid. The insurance company, called them, they say it's not a valid code or charge, then the bill comes without a code. Details details. If you are stuck and have to urinate, then drop in and see if they are kind enough to allow you to use the facilities. Other than that, steer clear, tell your friends. I have talked to mine, and my issues not withstanding, I am told this office is expensive. Find a great dental office that is clean, friendly and ethical. Just friendly advice.

I have been going to Penfield Dental Care for more than twenty years. I find Doctor Ciccone and his team extremely professional and friendly. They have always treated me like family.

The people were friendly and nice, but you better be aware of your dental coverage, what has been done, what is covered, and your liability ahead of time. With my health insurance coverage ( which is good) I was charged more for my semi annual visit than they charge people with out insurance. Only a cleaning and ex-ray.s costed 108.00 above my insurance coverage. I have never, ever , ever had a charge for routine cleaning in my life. I visited the office and the lady behind the desk could give a crap. She said your insurance only covers that once every three years, Well why didn't you confirm that before you did the ex-rays or get prior approval like you do for every other patient and all other work. It was like going to a car dealer and paying 150.00 for a 75.00 battery. On top of all that Dr. Ciccone heard the discussion at the desk, walked by and didn't ever offer an acknowledgement.
