Dr. Ciccone and the entire staff work together as a terrific team. Very caring and professional and made my visit for two extractions comfortable. Worth investing in for total oral health.

No notification that Dr. Ciccone retired. Hygienist resigned. Left sitting in waiting room more than I have in 25 years. Had to remind dentist to perform two parts of treatment. This on top of incompetent practice management company Heartland (back office, not Linda at desk) Not coming back.

Beena patient of Penfield Dental Care for 30 years. Excellent staff including Linda at the front desk to greet you, Melissa "my" hygienist who does a fantastic job and of course RR Ciccone who's cared for me with sedation dentistry since I became a patient.

I love my dentist dr. Ciccone he always makes time for me he always squeezes me and he always fixes me up when I have an emergency I was having such pain in my mouth from tooth that had sharp edges took me right in and he filed it down and now I feel so much better and the staff of Jin Patty and Linda even the hygienist and the girls Amy Meghan that work with the doctor they're all wonderful people and even doctor Roland dr. Jill Rowland she's I'm blessed to have found them

Dr.Ciccone and his staff are amazing! My 7 year old son fell and cracked his front adult tooth in half on a Sunday, of all days. I called the after hours number and Dr. Ciccone met me at his office within 20 minutes. He had just arrived at a friends house for dinner and left without hesitation. He sealed the tooth so that my son would no longer be in pain. He called first thing the next morning as promised and got us in for the first apt. My sons tooth looked like nothing had ever happened. Amy and Dr. Ciccone were so sweet with him and I could never thank them enough!! We love that they treat you like a part of their family!! Thank you Dr.Ciccone, Amy and staff!!

Extremely happy. Every one so nice. I wish I knew about this dentist many years ago. I had a bad experience once and have not been good seeing a dentist. Let alone petrified of dentist to getting up and walking out of office.
I have came to every appointment. I have no memory of procedure or any pain. Got to say Dr. is GREAT!!!!

Safety and Security, added peace of mind, to me during these trying times.
