I have been to City Dental several times. My family and I are all very pleased with their professional service. The receptionist is very welcoming and helpful. My hygienist kept me relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to really clean my teeth while explaining what she was doing. Doctor David Valenta was very kind and really took the time to examine my teeth. I can tell he really cares about his patients and will only do what is absolutely necessary.
I am very happy with City Dental! I definitely recommend City Dental for everyone.

Finally a dentist that is not only great but not pushing things that you dont need right now! The staff and Doc are fabulous so happy we changed from our old dentist “take a number we’ll be with you in 2 hours” to someone who cares, and bonus plays good music✨💕✨ Love their style and will not be changinging, if you are looking for a great team to take care of your teeth, very important, please go here amazing from making the appointment to leaving and scheduling the next✨

Great dental experience...REALLY! Dr. Walsh is my new Dentist and I couldn't be more pleased. Love having a treatment plan, complete with costs of projected services. Visited City Dental today for the first time today and had a very positive experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. From every interaction (over the phone and in-person) to the office environment (clean, comfortable, modern), it's clear that all involved care about their patients. During my appointment, both the dental hygienist and the dentist made sure I was comfortable and my questions/concerns were addressed. I've spent a lot of time in different dentists' chairs due to losing a permanent front tooth when I was a kid, and I felt extremely confident in the care I received today.

My appointment was fantastic. I hadn't been to the dentist in two years (whoops) and was really nervous about it because I've had some not so gentle hygienists in the past and always dreaded the dentist even when I was going on time. My hygienist at City Dental was super gentle and it was the easiest and least painful cleaning I've ever had. I had one cavity, but Dr. Jesse was able to fill it right then so I didn't have to come back again. It was as painless as it could have been considering. All the staff were super friendly and Dr. Jesse was great. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist in Charlotte.

The staff made it so easy from scheduling the appt to the procedure and insurance paperwork. I was a little nervous, but Dr. Walsh was easy going, and explained my options and made me feel comfortable. The staff were great in getting my next appt and letting me what my insurance would cover and what my cost would be. What more could you ask for? Exceptional, professional and friendly!
