Parking was a little bit crowded since they share with a bunch of other restaurants and stores. I was slightly confused as to where the actual entrance was; you take an outdoor elevator up instead of the stairs. Once I got inside, it was a very lovely lobby and Anna at the front desk was extremely friendly! After my routine cleaning, I briefly met Dr. Valenta who was very personable and friendly. When I came back to have a couple cavities filled, they were patient and had to spend some extra time getting me numb before beginning. I didn't feel like I was being an inconvenience at all. I only had to go back one more time because I needed a tiny edge smoothed out on my filling, and one of the dental assistants sat and visited with me in the chair while I waited. All in all, I would definitely recommend this practice! The free whitening is definitely a plus ;) I will add that I hadn't planned on writing a review, but once I received a handwritten Thank You note in the mail, I couldn't NOT write one.

City Dental is great! Everyone is super friendly and professional! From the moment you speak with Anna (at the front desk) to meeting Dr. Valenta!! Dr. Valenta is very knowledgeable and works hard to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I moved to Huntersville and still make the drive down for them!

I went to this dentist for a regular cleaning, they said i had my first cavity and my primary and secondary insurance will cover it to be filled 100% no questions asked. Also to be said my pervious dentist and my current dentist have no idea how they came up with saying i have a cavity. 6 months pass and they start the every day harrasing phone calls saying my insurance rejected payment. To which i call my insurance and its all current and no problems. And now 2 years later they sent me to collections for something they said i would never have to pay for! I call city dental and they say they cant help and hang up on me.
