Dr. Jesse Walsh is kind, caring, and wants your experience to be a pleasant one. He works with you to determine the best treatment, and strives to make sure that you are comfortable throughout the process. He is knowledgeable, and has an amazing bedside manner that is absent from most dental offices these days.
My dental hygienist is lovely. It is always a pleasure seeing her! She is kind, caring, and knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable.

I’ve always been afraid of dentist but Dr. Walsh is always so gentle from fill ins to getting a tooth pulled, he does such a good job ,quick , painless, and efficient! All of the hygienist and assistants are so nice and they really make sure that your are comfortable through your procedures! Maria the front desk receptionist is so sweet and gets you in and out quickly , great communicator on phone !

They did a great job with my daughter. They knew she was had a little anxiety about going today but once we got there she giggled and laughed and really felt comfortable with the staff. Everyone was very friendly.
When we left she was excited to have another appointment and is looking forward to coming to her next appointment.

All the dental professionals are friendly, and detail oriented. They take the time to listen and answer questions. The office is in a great location and the space is well designed and welcoming. They seem well organized and always taken right on time back for my appointment. Have only done cleanings and a cavity fill. Thank you.

I have just moved back to Charlotte since 2008 and moved to a different area so I needed to find another dentist that I would be totally at ease with. City Dental was perfect. Not only was this location great and easy to get to but great front office staff. The young lady at the desk was very sweet and kind and personable. I was assigned to Ellen as my dental hygienist. She was informative, a perfectiont (great for me) and was at ease with my wacky sense of humor. Dr Walsh was so personable and he listened to where I wanted to take my dental care with regards to next steps. They both listened and were both honest yet willing to work with what I wanted and needed to have done. Maria started the processing on my claim. She was super nice and easy to organize my dental care with. I believe that pretty much rounds up a great first experience. I look forward to going back and not a lot of people say that about their dental appointments 😉
