My hygienist and dentist were fine, however the office staff is horrible. Canceled an appointment I had scheduled weeks in advance because I missed voicemail from them while I was at a work conference. I received an email 2 days before my appoint letting my know my appointment had been canceled because I didn’t call the office before 48 hours of my appointment, and when I responded immediately I was told they had already given my appointment away. Maria did all this on a Saturday when they were “closed” so there was no way to get in touch with them. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with them and no one has responded. Honestly, not worth it especially if you have a busy schedule. There are a million better places to go in Charlotte.
