Very chill dentist. The office is run efficiently. I never have to wait. Also, the dentist apparently volunteers his skills! Love that! The assistants have been caring and detailed, which was particularly helpful when I was nervous. Good people.

I was very impressed by Dr. Valenta and the whole staff at City Dental. They were courteous and professional and got me in and out as quickly as possible without skimping on service! Anna was wonderful for fitting me in the schedule next day and explaining my benefits. I was very relieved to find such a remarkable dental office in the neighborhood!

I had a wonderful experience at City Dental! I am new to Charlotte and found City Dental on my insurance provider's website. The office was very clean and stylish. The receptionist, Anna, was very kind and helpful when helping me with insurance and scheduling my appointment. My dental hygienist, Chrystal, was also very sweet and made my cleaning very quick and easy. I needed to have an unanticipated filling during my visit and Dr. Valenta did the filling right away. I was very pleased that I didn't have to make a new appointment. The filling was quick and pain free. In fact, I was in and out of the office with a cleaning and a filling in just over an hour. On top of everything, I was given free whitening for not having any (new) cavities. I would definitely recommend this office to a friend. Thanks for the great experience!

It's been a little over a year since I moved to Charlotte, and I was pretty hesitant to find a new dentist, as my experiences with the one back home scared me away. But I'm glad I came in when I did, because these guys found a few cavities that needed filled; they were areas that had been bothering me, and one of them was a tough one to fix but they did a great job and I feel so much better. I am always greeted with kindness and a big smile. The hygienists and Dr. Jesse make it a fun, comfortable and time efficient experience.

Was looking for a new dentist office after moving to Charlotte and this place was very close to where I live. The staff, hygienist and dentist were all very friendly! I was in and out in under an hour. Great service all around and will definitely recomment to anyone else looking for a new dentist in Charlotte. They also offer an affordable package for those who don't have dental insurance. You get two cleanings a year on the plan--at a discounted rate. Thanks!

I went to City Dental for the first time about a year ago and I’m so thankful I did. Dr. Walsh truly is an amazing dentist. He is not one of those dentist that makes small talk when he has bits of metal in between your teeth, he actually takes time and talk to his patients. I was thinking about doing Smile Direct Club to correct my bite, but after doing some research and hearing horror stories from friends I decided the best route for me was to do Invisalign’s. Dr. Walsh saw me every month during my treatment and made adjustments along the way. He was just as invested in my smile as I was. Also, this is just a side note, I was reading some other comments about this place being just a profit seeker. This could not be more false. The team at City Dental has a passion for what they do and cares for the community they are in. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist or interested in getting Invisalign’s.

Everyone was very polite and professional. Dr. Valenta is very personable and chatted a bit with me before starting the dental exam. I got my regular cleaning done and was presented a straightforward plan for the additional care I need. Making my next appointment was easy with availability on the first day I suggested next week. My fiancé and I visited City Dental today for the first time and it was an outstanding experience. We were greeted as soon as we came in and once we completed our new patient paperwork we went right back. The hygienists were very friendly as well as our dentist Jesse. We have our home for all of our dental needs.

Dr. Jesse is the Best Dentist in the town, hands down.
He saved my tooth which was scheduled for extraction by other Doctor.
I highly recommend Dr. Jesse for saving my tooth.
Anna at the front door is also very helpful in scheduling the appointment at convenient time and also explaining various plans that I can opt for my dental treatment.
