Emergency dental visits are never for fun reasons, and mine was for an infection that spread to my jaw. It was one of the most painful things I have ever experienced. Dr. Valenta got me in immediately on a busy Monday morning, with no appointment, he took care of the offending tooth quickly and as painlessly as possible, and sent me home so much better off. What really sold me, however, is that Dr. Valenta picked up the phone and personally called me to make sure everything was okay. This level of concern from a doc is rare. Not only was the procedure done incredibly well, the follow up was fantastic. I never thought I would say I enjoyed a dental visit, but now I can definitely say just that. Highly recommended.

I arrived twenty minutes early for my six months checkup, and Crystal immediately took me back to get started (I didn't even have time to enjoy their beautiful lobby). My room had a flat screen tv mounted on the wall so that I could keep up with the news.
Crystal was very personable and thorough. She made sure that my teeth were perfectly cleaned and polished.
Dr. Valenta then introduced himself, and he was equally thorough. Dr. Valenta was new since my last visit, and he was able to find a crack in a filling that a previous doctor was unable to find (even though I had complained of some discomfort).
Thanks to the friendly staff in the entire office, I will soon return for my follow-up to get the filling replaced.

Do not trust anything you hear from City Dental. This organization only has one goal in mind - to make a profit off each and every patient. If they notice any issues at all with your teeth, regardless if it is treatable without further dental work, they will ask you to schedule a follow up appointment. I had a suspicion that something was off, so I requested my X-rays be sent to me so that I could have a consultation with another dentist. Even though HIPAA laws mandate that every patient be sent their medical records, they didn't seem to care. I asked multiple times and they refused to email them to me. The only option they gave me was to pick them up in-person at the office. They stated that someone could have my email password & could then access my medical records. First off, who cares if someone has access to my dental X-rays? Secondly, HIPAA expressly requires every medical professional to send records to their patients upon request. I even cited the exact passage in the HIPAA laws. They simply didn't care & refused to help me. Eventually I picked them up in person & they printed out a few blurry .jpg's that vaguely resembled teeth. I took them to a new dentist and they couldn't even read them because of the poor quality. Luckily, my new dentist gave me new X-rays for free. They noticed that even though some decay was starting, it's entirely possible to stop any further damage by flossing and brushing regularly. I was informed that fillings are not required. Needless to say, I won't be back here.
