Awesome experience here. Dr. Lotakis and Dimitra took care of all my questions and concerns. Dr. Lotakis is very down to earth, no front type of guy, I felt like he was talking to me on my level. He made me feel comfortable and took time to explain everything. Every dentist experience should be like Dentistry of the Carolinas!

The dental assistant Diem was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The dentist was super professional and quick. I came in because of a toothache. I knew i was in good hands!!!!!!!

Tried this office bcos it's my neighborhood. I felt dentist was moving too quickly. Perhaps there's an overload of patients. So I decided to go elsewhere. A Jamaican lady hygienist = 4⭐. I forgot her name.

Dr. Lotakis and his staff are amazing! They always make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Lotakis is a very unique dentist and his fun attitude and energy make for a great visit. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Today I visited your East Charlotte location and would like to report on my experience. My doctor never introduced himself to me but I've learned his name is Dr. Lotakis. I went to have my first cavity filled and hadn't had any of the process explained to me so when I showed up and saw the needle I was a little put off. When I told Dr. Lotakis I was scared he told me he didn't have time for that. He stated he would just do it without the needle and did some stuff in my mouth for about a minute(didn't hurt) and then he and the nurse promptly left the room. When they came back 20 minutes later I was still upset and told him I just wish someone would tell me what was going on. Dr. Lotakis raised his voice in anger and told me that I should have asked a nurse what was going on because he didn't have time for it. He did explain(with alot of attitude) what he was doing after that as he dried my mouth and filled the cavities telling me he was almost done. Well he wasn't, he had one more we hadn't even started. Although I don't doubt that it would have felt the same as the others and have no complaints about his work, by this time I was fed up with his horrible attitude and exhausted by the anxiety he had given me. Needless to say, I won't be back, and told him so.
