Today I had the pleasure of getting my mouth cleande day Ms Ashley. She's awesome and sweet. Very patent with everything she does. It's a great place over all but Ashely does make it feel like home

The dentists may be great, but there's a lady by the name of Frankie who was very rude and what I perceived as discriminatory. I advised her that I needed to schedule an appointment for my son, he's been a patient for years and has COBRA now. She immediately told me that they don't accept federally funded insurance, that they are out of network, and that I need to find him another dentist. I attempted to explain to her what COBRA is and she became combative and unwilling to schedule the appointment. I ended up calling the insurance company only to confirm what I already knew. Unfortunately my son only wanted to go to this location because it's close to where he works, but he'll go back to the University office.
