I am a very anxious individual and especially suffer from dental anxiety. The staff here were amazing and understanding. Dr. Hunnycutt and her assistant Krista were super patient and reassuring during my first visit. The reception staff are great too! I would recommend especially for someone questioning where to go out of fear! Thank you DOC - East Charlotte! I’ve had an amazing experience. I would never imagine feeling this way about the DENTIST lol but it’s true!

I was having problems with a particular oral surgeon. Because of his treatment towards me I was unable to control my high blood pressure. Through my fear & frustration I spoke with Noel at Dr. Raines office. She in turn asked Dr. Raines to help me & the end result was Dr. Raines preforming the procedure herself. Total perfection from Dr. Raines as always. Wonderful experience. This level of compassionate care is truly way beyond anything I've ever experienced. Most sincere "thanks" to Dr. Raines & Noel!

This is a great place!! Customer Service is great and the staff works with you. And Dr. Honeycutt is amazing! She takes her time and makes sure to give you as much information as possible. They are so good that they book fast so you have to make your appt way in advance.

The staff here really are wonderful. I have always been fearful of the dentist and they helped me relax and not feel so tense like I usually am. My 6 year old loves them even tho they are not specifically for young children. She has no fear coming to visit them. We appreciate the kindness they all have shown to us. I completely recommend them especially for those who have that fear and hard time when it comes to dental work.

I absolutely love DOC of the Carolinas. I recently located to Charlotte and were in search of a good dentist. Unfortunately I had to experience a few bad ones until I found the one for me!! "Thank God" I came across DOC. Dr Honeycutt is nothing less tn AMAZING!! She's very attentive and patient. I never leave the office without her making sure all my questions and dental needs are well taken care of! Oh BTW the other staff there is very pleasant too.
