Few things make me more anxious than a trip to the dentist. Or, at least, that's how I used to feel. After my first visit here, I left reasonably calm and plaque-free. The staff is very patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. Friendly without asking awkward personal questions while they've got their hands in your mouth. A laidback but respectful atmosphere all-around with a great breakdown of fees/options for those without insurance.

Great experience...never thought I'd say that about a dentist. On time, efficient, thorough, and pleasant. I had cleaning and check-up after a couple years without one. I expected the worst. My hygenist was gentle and amiable. Dr. Lotakis was outstanding! He has a great personality, and took the time to explain some options available for a couple troubled areas. He let me ask questions, and walked me through what can be done to correct. I'll recommend him to anyone-

Went there bc my fiance gave high recommendations. The staff was fast, effective, and great personalities. The actual office is very clean and inviting, the music playlist is an amazing bonus. Had to get cavities filled and t was by far the most painless numbing injections I've ever gotten, I was literally amazed he had put them in already. The dentist has a booming personality, very direct and straight forward with a lot of genuine respect for patients and their individual situations. Go to him, give them your money, you will be pleased.

my experience with the dentist was very outstanding and fun today the staff was very nice and funny according to their good personality and when they was operating on my teeth they keep asking me "If I was ok?" from there they was very caring and protective and that's one of the main reason why I love going to the dentist at this location and from the dentist staff I would really like to give my compliments and appreciation to Dr. Ellen she was funny, she was caring, she was supportive throughtout my operation and very ambitious I mean I have never been to a better dentist office like this one and the staff is the reason why I love going to their office and I wanna say thank you for making me feel welcome and comfortable and I am looking forward to coming to my next appointment next month. :)

My hygienist, Dimitra was very professional & amiable in demeanor; took her time to explain and advise me of some changes I should make in my personal dental care. First and foremost I want to thank the lord for such a place with great doctors and an amazing staff. This was my second visit my doctor was on vacation, but Dr.John Walsh was just as AWESOME! My tech today was Ms.Ria thank you guys so much. Every time I visit I have a wonderful experience. Today I had one of my wisdom tooth pulled, when I tell you guys I did not feel a single pinch. Dr. Walsh moved very smoothly and quick. I came in at 12noon and was out in 40mins. Thank you guys so much, I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore. I well recommend you guys to everyone that ask me about my smile. 😀

Very pleasant experience as it always is! First dentist I went to when moving to Charlotte and haven't been to another one since. From the front desk to the examination and procedure chair they are very friendly and informative, clean and organized and they try their best to keep each appointment on schedule. Dr. Lotakis is always singing, makes the mood a little lighter for those who may be afraid or nervous lol. Suggested to friends and family for sure.
