The dentist and assistants are good at what they do and are caring and ask questions of your well being. With that being said. The receptionist is totally opposite. Very unprofessional on the phone doesn’t seem to care about the fact that literally they play a huge part of whether a patient stays or leaves. Not only does a patient rate a dental practice of how good and polite the Dentist and dental assistants are but also office staff. Most of the ladies are very nice but a couple could definitely
use some tips on how to treat patients on the phone.

Very happy with my experience today! I usually see Dr. Carver, whom I really like, but today I saw Dr. Huneycutt and she was great, too! The hygienist was super gentle with me because I told her I had sensitive teeth and the staff went out of their way to get me in today. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to this office for over 4 years and they have always taken good care of my teeth, they are always nice and take time with me during my visits. My visits to this office are always comfortable and that’s why I’ve been coming here for so long. A doctor who cares is a true gift from God. I am very happy with the treatment I receive here.

I normally dread going to the dentist, but everyone here is extremely friendly and make you feel very comfortable going to the dentist.
